Living up in Maine I am unable to be down there in AZ for some special occasions. So when my sister’s open their new business, WeLocate Real Estate, last year and I could not be there, I called Prescott Valley Florist and asked for a money tree to be delivered. But not only did I ask for that I asked if they had a heart of some sort to add to it. The women I spoke with on the phone went out of her way to please. She called their other shop and hunted a beautiful heart shaped rock down to add to the basket the tree was in. My sisters loved it!  I emailed the shop to tell them they would be my go to shop for any more flower needs. Well this month they did not fail….. On my birthday I decided to send my mother a unique bouquet of flowers.  Her favorite flowerI wanted red for how much I love her and my favorite flower tulips in my favorite color, purple.  It was a pleasant call with the women on the phone we both were laughing by the end Sorry I did not remember the name.  Again they did a wonderful job my mother loved the flowers. P.S. Prescott Valley Florist… she thought the card was so me!!! Thank You so much for all the help you do. Will be in contact in May for her birthday.  Just added some pictures of Christmas arrangement I had sent for 2018 and my family loved it.. Thank you so much..

Praise the Lord and thank you Jesus for this beautiful business. The people there are always kind and thoughtful. They do a lot of great work with weddings, funerals, proms, and flowers for all occasions. The owner is a very kind and generous woman who often does altruistic things for the community whenever possible suchas when the Prescott Hotshots died, she did a lot of work for them providing beautiful flowers for the families... Including their sister shop Allan's Flowers in Prescott. It's an established business with a stable reputation. God bless everyone there at Prescott Valley Florist in Jesus name amen.

When my son came home on leave and announced that he and his fiancee were getting married in a week, these gals were wonderful. They got everything beautifully made and ready within the very short time frame we had, and despite the holidays. My son and his bride were married on Dec. 26 with beautiful flowers. Thank you so much to the staff at Prescott Valley Florist!!

Just looked this place up to see the hours. Realized I never left a review from when I came through town last year. The sweet ladies were closed, walking out the door, and had the key in the lock. Saw me, on a skateboard, and graciously opened the shop back up so I could get flowers for my grandma. I look forward to stopping by tomorrow for another round for my grandma, I'm surprising her again!! Bravo ladies thank you again!

I ordered a flower arrangement for a group Christmas party from this florist a few years back. I placed the order a couple months prior and called the shop to discuss that I wanted it to be bigger than pictured and described on line and discussed that this arrangement will be visible to a Meet UP group of people with well over 250 members. I told them to provide me with a bunch of business cards for the day of the party so I could place them near the arrangement and would happily advertise their shop to the group. I always want to support local businesses. On the day of and on the way to the party my husband and I went to pick up the arrangement it was smaller than the dimensions described online, so they didn’t make the adjustments I requested, and it was supposed to have a lantern and candle on a pedestal in the center of it nestled within the Christmas greenery. When I asked the young lady at the counter where the glass lantern part was she said oh we didn’t have any of those so we are gonna give you $5.00 off the price. This arrangement cost me well over a $100 and in the center was a pedestal with no glass lantern!!! They knew they were out of glass lanterns before I showed up and could have called me to tell me that and discuss alternatives, but they didn’t. For what I paid for this arrangement I could have gone to a local grocery store and bought 4 or 5 pre-made arrangements that would have been much better than what I recieved from this shop, but now it was to late. The manager of the shop was very rude and couldn’t have cared less that they messed up my order and didn’t even have the courtesy to call and let me know I wouldn’t be getting what I ordered. They could have sent an employee right down the street to a hobby store and bought the lantern needed for my arrangement but they didn’t do that either. When I grabbed the arrangement and headed out the young lady behind the counter actually had the nerve to call out to me and ask if I still wanted the business cards to advertise their shop and I told her you definitely don’t want me to discuss your shop tonight with our Meet Up members. I would have nothing favorable to say and I will never do business with you again, nor would I recommend anyone else do business with them.

I love Prescott Valley florist! I have purchased flowers from them several times. They are incredibly friendly,  knowledgeable in their craft, have a great selection of flowers  And the absolute best customer service. They are my go to.

WOW!! I ordered flowers for a birthday, and WOW was it easy. I am from out of state and had to order over the phone. Erin, sorry if I spelled your name wrong, was wonderful! She was informative and delightful! She also was willing to take time to go over my entire order before finishing! I will definitely return to PV Florist for my future orders! Thanks Erin!

I ordered a plant for a friend on teleflora. wanting the plant to be delivered today. well the florist didn't have the supplies or whatever to get the original plant I requested. I spoke to teleflora and got another plant picked out. They said it wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow due to it being short notice.  WELL I just got a phone call from the person they were intended for and she received the plant.  I really appreciate the quick and beautiful plant! she loves it. I am really grateful!  THANK - YOU!!!!!
