My suit was absolutely perfect for my wedding. No alterations were needed. My wife loved the suit, they were able to match the bridesmaid dresses almost perfectly. Every employee was thoughtful, helpful and incredibly considerate. Their ability to help my groomsmen with a very last minute fix was a lifesaver. I would highly recommend for any event. I almost want to divorce my wife just so I can marry her again and get another suit ha ha.
Great service for our wedding. Matched our colors perfectly. Tuxes fit groom and groomsmen as well as my 6'5 brother first try. Frequently sent reminder texts on who still needed fitted, when appointments were, and answered all of our questions immediately without hesitation. Would definitely recommend again, especially for those with the bridal party spread out in different areas of a state or different states like we had. They worked with us by letting the groomsmen try on the tux in one state and shipped everything to be tried on the night before the wedding close to where the reception were and were ready to have anything fixed that did not fit properly.
Fantastic experience! My only two criticisms are: we would've liked to have the groom's suit more fitted although he lost a lot of weight very quickly so I understand why it may not have been and we wish that the return wasn't the day after the wedding. I feel that three to seven days is reasonable so it's not so stressful on everyone to get their suits/tuxedos returned the day after. I would still definitely recommend President Tuxedo to others. The service, quality, professionalism, selection was superior.
Had a very nice young lady named Erika who was very sweet and explained the whole process to us. She explained the prices in detail and everything that was included in the price. We have some very ornery groomsmen and she handled them very professionally. She was the only person working that day by accident as was explained to us and apologized for it. Multiple people came in and she greeted everyone and explained she would be with everyone in order that they came after she finished with us. She did not appear rushed or flustered and handled it very well. Cannot say enough about this young lady. The store itself was very presentable and had a vast color selection to choose from for accessories. I am very pleased with President Tuxedo as are my fiance and family and wedding party. I would highly recommend them.
Chris the manager there is awesome. My groomsmen and myself rented our suits from here for my wedding. Chris was there when we came to pick them up and fixed any sizing issues for us in just a few minutes. Also after returning the suit the photographer called me and told me she didn’t get very many picture of my wife and I because Of the sun going down. Chris hooked me up on getting the suit back for a day to take more pictures. Will return in the future for any suit rentals!
I was measured for my wedding tuxedo today. The customer service was great and the chemistry of the employees was welcoming. I was helped by the bearded wonder I missed the gentlemen's name and Billy. I went in knowing nothing about what I wanted and was helped in the right direction. We are able to have my groomsmen go to other locations and get their tuxes delivered to this store to be tried on before the wedding. They have made wedding planning less stressful and I can check another task off the list!
Mixed feelings about this place. So this is going to be a long one. First got fitted in Cincinnati, the guy there was ok at best. But went rather quick so I didn't complain. A month passes and I go to pick up my suit for my buddies wedding. I try everything on and the pants are 2 sizes too big. So they order the right size and tell us to be back at 10 the next morning. We show up the next morning and they tell us the shipment won't be there till 12. Weddings at 12 so that didn't work. But a lady working there took pants off a mannequin and tailored them herself! Granted the color was a little off, but I had pants. All the while another lady working there sat around and did NOTHING. She told us there was nothing they could do until the other lady came out of the back. So in all between 2 and 3 stars. There's other places to go.
I was the best man in a wedding this past weekend. I would give zero stars if a tuxedo didn't automatically make you look good. When we went to our measurement appointment our "tailor" was unfriendly to the point of almost being rude. At the fittings, nearly all the jackets and vests were too tight and alterations were not made to make us more comfortable. We were all rushed in and out of the dressing rooms and were unable to completely dress to check the status of the suit. As the grooms party began to dress we noticed more issues. I will not list the hacks we had to use to become picture ready, but they were many. In the end, it came down to low quality tuxes with "one size fits none" accessories at an almost competitive price. Do your research and go with a better shop. There is an excellent place to rent and buy tuxedos in downtown Dayton for a good Price.
Dom and President tuxedo did a fantastic job taking care of our family for the wedding. We were able to make calls to them and the acted quickly to help us out. A few of the guys from the wedding had issues with their suit measurements and were fixed within a day and quickly made it for our wedding. We were offered a nice discount with the number of tuxs we rented and provided a free tux for myself as the groom. Thanks president tuxedo!
If I could leave a zero star review I would. I received a $200 discount from a bridal show. I was told that my husband's tux would be free. I went months before my husband's fitting to inform them of the colors as my partner wouldn't be sure. We decided on navy blue accessories and gray tuxes. My husband and the groomsmen went to the fitting in July for a September wedding. They were told to come back 3 days before the wedding. When they went, my husbands vest was too tight, another groomsmen vest was too tight and his shoes were missing and another's wasnt ready until late in the afternoon. It was at this time, we discovered they included gray ties instead of blue. I called to the shop and discussed our complaints. The groomsmen had to go back to pick up the right items during my husband's bachelor party and I was told the right ties would be there. On the night of the rehearsal I discovered they didnt include the ties. Too late to call again, my seamstress managed to get a selection of blue ties together. Our wedding was on a Sunday and I returned my spouses tux on Monday. Immediately, I was told that my tux was late. When I informed the manager that my wedding was yesterday, she changed her attitude. I waited to discuss my further complaints and she said that she never told me that she would get blue ties as it would have been an upcharge to change items. This wasnt changing items, it was fixing their mistake. She said she was going to look into it and after I got back from my honeymoon, I asked why my husband didnt get his refund. She said they dont due that there and all the refunds I should have received were given. I was offered a 40$ refund but honestly it's too much of a hassle so I did not accept it. I informed the manager that their staff should be on the same page. Coming in 3 days before your wedding for a 2nd fitting is ridiculous. This 2nd fitting should be 1 to 2 weeks beforehand. Additionally if free tuxes for grooms are or aren't a promotion that should be addressed across the board as well.
