Presidential Car Wash

Had the most expensive monthly package offered $30/ mo since opening and this place has seriously declined in the last year, now the service is total GARBAGE. The people that work here have zero respect for the customer and will argue with you over everything. They put in a whole row of nice vaccuums a couple years ago on one side of the building, but refuse to turn them on during hours unless the place is slam packed. I have asked MULTIPLE times if they can turn them on as the ones on the back side of the building barely suck anything up, they will argue saying their not allowed to. I have gone back and forth with these people so many times, finally decide screw it, I'll just cancel. It took me THREE times of making trips there for them to cancel and they still couldn't follow through with doing it. The guy kept telling me it would be cancelled, take a photo of my sticker/pass, yet it would show up on my credit card statement the next month again. I finally had to dispute it with my credit card company since they want to scam people out of their money. It's truly a shame because the actual wash itself isn't bad, the newer vaccuums are great, and it's a convenient location since there aren't any other drive thru washes around. My husband is now canceling his as the last few times he's gone the machines to enter your card info/scan your pass are both broken so you just end up sitting there waiting and nothing happens. Do yourself a favor and just don't, I can't tell you how many times I've left their so frustrated with the lack of service and respect I was shown. Also lastly, there have been two incidents where something went wrong with the track and the person in front of my vehicle was at a stand still but my car was moving forward was less than an inch from my car hitting them and had to nail on the horn to get them to stop the machine before there was an accident.

Bought the presidential package. It didn't do nearly as well as anticipated, but to be fair, my wife had not had the jeep cleaned in over 4 months. I do have to question the extent of the package, seeing as how the touch car wash was barely even touching. Bird droppings are still on the roof and side. However, once again, to be fair, the grime layer was pretty narley . The gentleman who assisted me, however, was incredibly polite and professional even though I was the 1st customer on a Monday morning.

I can see these reviews are in favor with my opinion. Customer service specifically on today was horrible. After going through the car wash and starting to vacuum my vehicle I was approached by an attendant that told me I needed to pay $2 or wash my car and he proceeded to point at the vacuum and say “look it says it right here” while following each word one by one with his finger as if I couldn’t read.which was disrespectful. I ignored the young fellow. I approached the gentleman who said it was his place of business and told him I wanted to use the air gun and rewash my car. I stood in the heat 15 minutes waiting for him to turn it on and he had to audacity to tell me “I must not know how to use it.” This smart man pressed to gun for air and sure enough it didn’t work. I go to the bug station and again the water didn’t work. Expecting to leave happy after I complained to the so called business owner, my results were negative, disappointing, disrespectful, and embarrassing by being accused of stealing a vacuum that hardly work. I will never bring my cars, my family cars, my business cars or anything I own to a F list Presidential Non carwashing carwash again!Service: Vacuuming

I was very impressed with the $7 wash my truck came out looking cleaner and shiny than I’ve ever seen im very intrigued to come again and try the full package wash if the $7 wash is that good

The wash didnt get all the bugs off the car however, I did only get the cheapest $7 wash. Paying was easy and the va uums werent crowded.

To Whom it May Concern: Eye would like to know how to cancel my membership due to the change in the number of times Eye can run my vehicle through the car wash when Eye do go. Eye acquired a membership for UNLIMITED car washes a day not LIMITED to 1 car wash a day and for this reason this membership service is no longer needed or wanted. Eye can clean my vehicle at home or at another car wash. Then to top it off the attendant who informed me of the new change didn't have pleasant customer service engagement. He said he noticed Eye did it last time Eye went so if he knew it was a change then why not kindly inform me of it. However thank you for your time and services, Eye will be looking forward to hearing from you in a timely manner with cancelation instructions. I’ve used this car wash since it opened. Something isn’t right with the track for the vehicles. Went in last week and and it cause damage to both driver side rims. New set and now I have to get them repaired.Service: Auto detailing

THE OWNER OF THIS CAR WASH IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, IGNORANT, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I purchased a monthly pass and had been going to this car wash since 2017 because of the convenient location. A couple of weeks ago I got my car washed and while drying my car I noticed several scratches and dents from the pre scrub that the car wash attendants do before your car goes through the wash. I immediately brought it to the attention of the attendants on site and we took pictures and they wrote an incident report because there wasn’t a manager present. I came back with the incident report when it was convenient for me to address the scratches on my vehicle with a manager. When I explained what happened I was met with complete disrespect and insults. The owner accused me of lying saying that he didn’t feel like they scratched my car up. My car is fairly new and well kept, my car was not scratched in that location before I came to that car wash. He began screaming at me and asking me “what did I want him to do about it?” I asked what is the company policy for incidents like this? He had no answer. He just continued to deny the scratches and then began to insult me saying “ Black women are always angry and never satisfied” After I asked for him to cancel my monthly subscription. I told him that I would be leaving a bad review and he then became belligerent and told me to never come back, get of the property, and he would call the police on me. I told him that I’ll leave once my subscription was canceled. He continued with his nasty behavior and I was the one that ended calling the police because he got all in my face and personal space. I have NEVER in my life been so disrespected. His behavior is disgusting and shameful. Later that night I received and email from him offering one month of car cleaning. Absolutely not! You couldn’t pay me to comeback to that car wash.
