Had a great time didn't win big, but was able to play for several hours. Beautiful with plenty of slots to choose from. Including some older slots I rarely see anymore.
Three Stars ONLY because smoking and non-smoking are not clearly divided or ventilated. The machines are clearly marked, smoking vs non-smoking, but smoke spreads in the air! I'd rate it a 5 Star for a nice local casino if it weren't for the smoke. A lot of parking. Three visible entrances, but only two are used, both on the sides of the 'Main Door.' Parking available around the entire premises for free. Easy on and off location to expressway. Lots of stores, hotels and food available in a steakhouse and an upstairs bar/restaurant. Good food! Table games, a bar, a fine dining restaurant and cocktail service. Drinks cost money. The staff was friendly. I suggest hopping around on the games, a lot to choose from. I spent 3 hours but would've stayed longer. A lot of the machines aren't very loud and hard to hear. There were stations for sanitizer wipes for your hands of the machines.
I did not expect it to be 90% senior citizens. The bartender made my night a good experience. The Bourbon Brew or whatever is called was mediocre at best. The fries were the best feature of our dishes. The casino was large and clean, I'll give them that.
This was a pretty fun casino, and kept clean. I didn't have any luck on the slots any of the 3 days I visited, but they did have some free play for new players as well, and it was enjoyable. The one downside, their drinks were quite expensive at nearly $6 for a bottle of beer.
I love this casino. The first time I went was toward the end of March. I played with a $200.00 starting budget, and was able to play for hours and leave with a $300.00 profit. Because of all that play the first time, I got an offer of $160.00 free play, twice a week, for the Month of April. This was using there players card. Last time I went on Sunday April 23rd, the free play helped me win $700.00, which I went on to play with, to end up with $1800.00. I recommend trying your luck here and definitely sign up for the players card so you are eligible for other benefits like free play, food and drink offers, and other promotions.
I waited for 15 minutes at the bar, not in a line, AT the bar. Finally got a drink and went to the roulette table. No waitresses at all coming to the tables. Went upstairs to the other bar hoping to get better service. We were told that bar had no vacancy. We were also told the tables had a 45 minute wait time. Then the host told us to go downstairs. I and my guest had the distinct feeling we were not welcome in the casino. We were an inconvenience to the staff.
Lots of slot games and card games. I wish the nonsmoking area was larger than the smoking area because there are so many more choices and better games. Almost feels like non-smokers are being forced to go into the smoking area to play more variety and entertaining games. Please consider expanding the non-smoking area! Also, the Cafe is closed down as well as the buffet, so the dining choices are very limited.
Fired 6 of their best bartenders AND their head guy in charge. Consistently the LOWEST RTP payouts among ALL Pennsylvania casinos!! Only getting worse. Half of all machines are in disrepair, with lights on buttons not working and audio not working at all. Recently, the new CEO might have something to do with it, but I actually got a free drink at the kiosk! Wow...update Nov 2022 draft craft beer @ #bourbonandbrew are almost $10, freaking crazy... UPDATE.. now have 1/2 off drinks on Friday happy hr. 5-7. It's really bringing in the crowd again!!!!!!!!!
Loved watching the horses run! We happened to be traveling right passed this casino/track and decided to stop. The casino is smoking and non smoking all in one large space. I actually could only smell the smoke if I happened on someone actively smoking. The casino was not very busy on a Monday afternoon, however, so I imagine it could get pretty smokey on a Friday or Saturday night. One whole section of slots was closed off for renovations which limited the available machines. We again did not win, but had a good time nonetheless. The place was clean and had sanitizer stations throughout. We did not get served drinks or even see a server. They don’t have a self serve drink station, either. We watched several of the horse races which was a thrill, since we’d never seen thoroughbred racing before. We really enjoyed our afternoon at the races.
After having been to Vegas and Atlantic City, this was a very tiny casino. I imagine you could do a lap around the whole thing in less than 15 minutes. I watched some of the horse racing in Churchill's Bourbon & Brew, which had a really beautiful viewing window. Parking was plentiful, signage was clear, and the grounds were well kept.
