The Presque Isle Health & Wellness Center provides an excellent opportunity for both members and guests to accomplish their health & wellness goals, in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.
We offer a large selection of fitness equipment, with a complete line of Body Masters selectorized stations, free-weights, and cardio-equipment. Members are also invited to enjoy our heated indoor pool and attend any of our group fitness classes.
In addition to our many standard services, we also offer fitness assessments, nutritional programs, body fat analysis, and individualized personal training and nutrition sessions. Our certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist can tailor a program to fit your health and wellness needs.
We offer hours that are sure to work with your schedule, from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. With a variety of membership plans and discounted rates, you are sure to find the right fit to meet your needs.
