I had Mr. Presser as my attorney before he opened his own firm, while even for a short time, he made me feel  confident in my case. Once they reassigned it to someone else I was devastated, I'm glad he has his own practice now and will definitely utilize him for any future help, god forbid. Getting into a car accident is scary and overwhelming and you’re left to pick up so many pieces after the fact. I had no clue where to go or who to ask for help. I wanted someone who cared about my case and didn’t just see me as another check. My chiropractor Dr. Dustin Huffman located at NEW AGE CHIROPRACTIC, who specializes in personal injury cases noticed I was flustered with the situation and to make life a little easier he referred me to PRESSER LAW. I have to say that was the best decision I made. I gave Mr. Presser a call and he was able to explain in detail what I would be getting myself involved in. He made sure I understood the the process can be lengthy but he was going to do everything possible to keep me updated on my case. I visited the firm and to my surprise Mr. Presser was unavailable due to his own family medical emergency, yet he made himself available through text/email and ensured me that his office manager was updated on anything I needed. The documents I needed to fill out had so many questions that I didn’t know where to begin, Ashleigh Neyhart the case manager helped me fill them out and definitely helped ease my anxiety. When I couldn’t reach Mr. Presser I knew I could ask his staff for help and they’d know exactly what to do. I’m glad they were there to walk me through this horrible experience of a car accident and I will definitely refer them to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney.

Justin Presser has represented my sister and I both for our separate car accidents. He is an extremely efficient, competent lawyer with great communication. It took just over 7 months for Justin to close my case and cut me my insurance check, which is much sooner than I ever would have thought.
