For a very small, neighborhood bank, their employees couldn't care less about their customers. Rarely does one encounter someone as condescending as Laura, an employee of theirs who finds it far more important to be heard than anyone else, including a customer of 6 years.  It's also interesting that after 6 years of visiting the same branch at least once per week, that they still don't know who I am.  Very sad!

I want to thank everyone at Brentwood Bank, especially Vince, he was so professional and even showed up at the closing to make sure everything went smooth.  Such a better experience dealing with a neighborhood bank, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a mortgage. thanks again

Nice hometown sort of bank that used to have the best CD rates around. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

In person banking is fine, but every time they roll out a new update for mobile its a mess. It's called QA and they don't have it. Expect to reset passwords, call in because you get locked out, and scroll a terms agreement longer than Microsoft. Wife and I are about to leave if this continues as it's anything but convenient. I shouldn't have to reconfigure the app and enable biometric everytime.
