We are a 24/7 gym that offers the largest full service fitness center in St. Bernard Parish with over 15,000 square feet of free weights, selectorized equipment, cardio equipment, and high intensity tanning beds.
In addition to the traditional fitness equipment, we are the only fitness center in St. Bernard that has an entire portion of the gym dedicated to training and group exercise. Access to group exercise and training 6 days a week which include Functional Training, Cardio Circuit, Zumba, Pound, Balls & Bells, Spin, Small Group Training, HIIT and much more as we continuously incorporate change to our programs to keep the workouts fresh and fun.
