Preston was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. His calm demeanor made a very difficult time entirely bearable. Preston’s team did a phenomenal job with our mother to where she appeared to be peacefully sleeping. She looked like our mother in all her glory and I am grateful to have that as the final visual memory of our mother. The funeral and graveside ceremonies where professional yet compassionate. I recommend Preston Charles Funeral Home without reservation.
My choice to use this mortuary service was predicated on my experience with Preston prior to him establishing this business. I was in no wise disappointed. Their level of professionalism and the expertise of Preston’s craft was above my expectations. My son looked phenomenal. I was able to complete his services with the confidence that all things would be completed well. As stated above, they did not disappoint. The Preston Charles Funeral Home was amazing. A five-star level compliment that I could give is that my father would have been very pleased with their services. They took care of every detail and kept the family fully informed of all services being provided. The greatest feeling was them being available for us and always reassuring us things are being taken care of. Due to some bad weather, we experienced some setbacks for my father’s service but that did not stop the level of professionalism and promptness of their services. They made the setbacks seem sweat less to handle. Five-stars are not enough to indicate exactly how much I would recommend, Preston Charles Funeral Home. My experience with Preston Charles Funeral Home was fantastic! After unexpectedly losing my father back in September, we received Mr. Charles' information when it was time to make his arrangements. Everyone at PCFH did an amazing job from start to finish. They did such a great job with my father, my mother and I were very pleased with their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their loved ones to be taken care.
Preston Charles and his team were nothing short of exceptional! Preston made a very challenging and difficult planning process for my mother's homecoming, and made it so much more bearable for my family. We were more than pleased with the work they performed on my mother. Thank you Brother Charles!
