Pretzel Maker

The food has started to go down. The service used to be awesome and helpful. Now, the 2 guys behind counter are rude and couldn't care less about helping you. Went there on a Sunday and the place was deserted. The 2 guys behind the counter really didn't feel like or want to help my family and I. They were rude. With the way they looked and acted you think we were hurting their free time. Couldn't help but notice how the other food places were busy and had lines. They also only had pretzel bites available with no pretzels. Either the owner just stopped caring or just doesn't know. With as few customers as they had you would also figure the place would have been cleaner. It is a shame to see what used to be an awesome pretzel place go downhill.

The employee was seriously rude like we were an inconvenience. He looked like he hated his job and didn't want to be there. He didn't ask if we wanted sauce so we had to do a second purchase. When asked what sauces they had, he said "look at the menu" and when we wanted pizza sauce he said "sorry we're out" like he could've told us that before instead of saying "look at the menu". They also didn't make any hotdog pretzel bites. Probably didn't want to do any extra work.

I had high hopes for Pretzelmaker that were left unfulfilled by the woefully inept teenage staff. My simple request was to get a pretzel that was half cinnamon and sugar, half saltI was willing to pay extra if need be, even though "everything" on their menu was same price for toppings. It couldn't be done with today's technology in pretzel twisting and there was no line or other customers. On a side note Sam's Club will do it for a third of the price. Unfortunately this was also the most greasy pretzel I've ever consumed.

Wow thay basically have nothing anymore......4 out of 6 of the sodas at the fountain were not working and they didn't have anything available.....poor guys need to tell management or owners to get their business up to par

I love the pretzels here but the staff is rude 2 guys in the back on their phones. Lately they have only been sell pretzel bits it seems they dont want to make u anything else

I was in line and when it was my turn I found out their card reader was not working. Nothing is posted to let people know. I had a $50 bill and they did not accept it. I went to break it and came back in in a few minutes and I was told to get back in line. What bothered me more is how rude he was about it. No peoples skills what’s so ever.

Rude staff. Dishonest. They charged me $0.90 extra labeled as cheddar cheese dipping sauce for cinnamon flavor pretzel bites, but on the receipt it clearly has no upcharge for the different flavors. When I asked why I was charged $0.90 for dipping sauce when I didn't order it, they said it was because of the cinnamon flavoring, even though ON THE RECEIPT there is no upcharge for the labeled cinnamon bites!!!!! Will definitely find a different pretzel place with nicer, more honest staff.

They only take cash payments and they're menu is very limited. Gone there at least 4 times because the pretzels them selfs are pretty good

Pretzels are good, service is not.

I have to say. As good as the food is, I'm kind of disappointed. When I ordered my food. You had employees openly just goofing off and then they waited additional time to make my order after they sat down and checked their phone for what I'm guessing is social media.
