A lifetime pretzel lover was tired of the same old dry, hard, cold pretzels that were available thru out the city of St. Louis, and went on a quest to not only find and create the best pretzel recipe, but to also bring it to other pretzel lovers. After many many days and nights of trial and error and extensive research and training with the best pretzel bakers in the country, we have found our recipe. This mission has taken us from St. Louis to Orlando, Fl., Iowa City, Iowa., New York, New Jersey, and home of the beloved pretzel Philadelphia, were we found and maintain many great friendships with some of the best and friendliest pretzel bakers you can find.
