I recently stopped in to view a unit. The property was nice and clean and the employees were really friendly. The Manager I believe her name was Annie was the one to help me out. She was very friendly and very welcoming. Not only that, she had alot of knowledge about storage especially at a time when i stressed about moving and was very professional. If you are looking for storage, this is the place to rent. Super accountable and safe!
Customer-focused + Smart + Winning Smile + Top Security-minded = Annie. I first met Annie, the on-site storage manager in honor of her success in this position I think of her as the Watchkeeper at Price Self Storage PSS in Santee, CA, when I was moving between 2 homes and needed a secure middle storage unit at PSS to coordinate the move, which went flawlessly. I met Annie and her reliable, excellent team in that first experience, which was great! Years after when I again needed a secure storage unit for long-term storage, I called PSS to see if Annie was the current Watchkeeper. I was thrilled to hear she was indeed currently serving in that critical role. Her professionalism and cheery customer service mindset are why I came back to PSS. The confidence Annie earns by ensuring the safety of storing valuables at PSS, along with the above-noted facets of her hard, smart work and her personality are precisely why I returned to PSS for a new long-term storage need. You can't replace Annie with a robot. As AI becomes prevalent, let me be crystal clear - if PSS decided to try to replace Annie with an AI non-human approach, I would take all my belongings out of my PSS storage unit and transfer them to a competitor that has a human on-site manager. With Annie on-site and in charge, I feel PSS is the best of the best in San Diego County storage facilities. Rent at PSS with confidence you are making a good choice. Robust security, always a spotless clean environment, and a winning crew!
Increasing rates for no reason and zero communication made whatsoever. Started storing her last year in November. Claimed to have mailed a notification there was no paper mail received confirming that change. There was no email communications either. Overall a shady practice. I'm sure the fact that most people utilize emails and are on top of their emails is why they don't send a notice to you via email. Less of a chance that you'll catch the change and continue to allow recurring billing as I did. I can see that rather than having a reason to increase their rates this business will increase rates ANY opportunity they have. So be aware, you might get a decent price at sign up. You'll only have that price locked in for 4 months. After that your rate is going ro go up every 4 months. UPDATE In response to owners notes below. Unsure why you felt it was necessary to note that I don't want to hear from you. Not the best way to start your reply. Whoever answers your phones made it a point to say that this location DOES NOT send email notifications. Both my email and my physical address are up to date.i just started renting November 2022.there have been zero changes to my information. So as I stated before. This location doesn't follow what are apparently legal requirements. Thank you for letting me know that it's actually illegal for this business to not provide email notices. I'll be researching the appropriate body to submit a formal complaint with in regards to your unfair and ILLEGAL business practices.

Outstanding. Clean, safe and the customer service is second to none. Great pricing. The staff goes above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone looking for self storage.

I can’t say enough about the staff and friendliness of this place. There are other storage companies in town, but this is the cleanest and the best. Tammy and Annie are absolutely awesome. Highly recommended
Good easy access, If a new customer be sure to setup everything including online account and payment there in office, if you will not be present which was the purpose of my storage unit rental, ensure all logins, account setups and leases are covered. Had to resign a lease twice. I had difficulty setting up the account , its not simple if you are not remote or accessible by phone and only email. Also they didn't cover notice to vacate and expected you to know this with their unprofessional and childish response of you didn't read your contract did you ? Thats bad way to treat patrons and lazy businessman-ship in my opinion. Its on the business to be professional when a misunderstanding occurs. It is apparent the leadership or owners of this company are in the business to take advantage of consumers when they didn't know something rather than educate them and preserve a long term business relationship. I will be sure to not recommend this place. Also aggressive leases are not a way to protect and keep a low empty occupancy rate which is what this industry is doing ! You are not rental property or a house, it is a simple place to store extra items whether temporarily or not and then to be aggressive towards those who need to vacate and weren't fully aware of so said policies. Vacating should be simple as i'm not renting next month or we are moving out and thats it. But instead you put the pressure on the consumer/patron to protect selling your inventory and preventing vacancy gaps ! It goes both ways
Friendly staff, nice, clean premises and competitive prices. Highly recommend for storage needs.
We have had a storage unit for a few years, while it is clean, the way they do their pricing is horrible. They are not transparent and charge late fees and storage insurance fee whenever they want. Every month I pay the bill it is not the same price. I will be doing my best to leave this place as soon as I can. No reward for being a loyal paying customer that is for sure.
