I received a great customer service when I bought my Honda Odyssey couple months ago. I believe that Jekven has the correct actitud and charismatic way to deal with customers that I totally recommend speaking to him first if you are considering purchasing a vehicle.
I’ve been searching for a car for months, when I came across Price Wise and Victoria. to say the least, This has been the best experience I’ve had with a car sales person and dealership. Very friendly and personable people they have working here. Even the sales people I wasn’t directly working with. This experience has been nerve wrecking and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me the right rates and even helped me find insurance. I’ve never been more confident bottoming out my bank account. I'm giving this dealership 5 Stars, it's just that easy. I saw the car I wanted 2018 Nissan Maxima and headed straight to the office to make the purchase and that's where I met Victoria. She's all over this review section for good reason and so I recommend going to see her if you decide to visit this dealership. The Dealership itself is great, the car selection is also top notch, but Victoria makes it worth while. There are no pushy reps there, you shop at your own pace and enjoy the process. Bring Victoria some coffee and enjoy lol....by the way, she has a cool pen selection at her desk.

Made my purchasing experience one to remember and highly recommend. They were very knowledgeable and their insight made me confident that I was making an informed decision for the purchase of my newest truck. I normally hate dealing with dealers due to the pressure they can put on you, but this was a different experience and I'm thankful for that. Most definitely recommend and will be back myself!
Decent dealership with friendly people. I would HIGHLY suggest getting the car inspected before you pay anything. Do not trust their mechanic take it to a reputable and trusted mechanic to see if there are any issues. They will NOT be upfront with any issues with the car other than what is on the car fax of course so get it inspected before you pay. Also make sure you get a break down of everything they are charging you for. I was almost charged a “destination fee” that went away when I was ready to walk out. They also will tell you different prices from online if you do a walk-in so do your research to ensure they are charging a fair price. Other than that they have a nice selection of cars and are somewhat willing to help. In response to the comment left by the owner: Thank you for you response! I apologize if this came off the wrong way I did not mean to be unfair and misrepresent your business. Compared to the many other used car dealers I’ve went to they were more upfront with the issues with car. The lift gate issue I found on my own and when I asked if there were any codes I was told no so I used my own scanner and there was one. I was also told that code was fixed twice and the stuttering when I brought it to the mechanic and it was not so I took it to a reliable mechanic who solved the issues. I also saw tears in the leather of the back seat that was originally covered with black duct tape so it was not noticeable. Again, other dealerships have been more upfront with cosmetic and mechanical issues. If you guys expect the customer to find these issues while looking at the car then that it understandable. I was only advising people to get the car checked at a reliable mechanic which people should do at any used car dealer. I am also not sure why you mentioned that I was sitting comfortably when I did hand the keys back to you when I was told about the destination fee and that I was told I had to pay it because everyone pays it. I mentioned that you were all very friendly and willing to help and I did not mention that I was unhappy with my purchase. I am enjoying it very much and I actually do appreciate the time you spent trying to help! I was only telling my experience and advising people to make sure they take time to go to a reliable mechanic and get the best price they can. Your use of quotations and all caps make it seem like I was attacking your business and that was not my intent but I understand that you are defending your company. If you’d like I’ll give you guys a higher star rating to make the review not look as bad! Thank you for your time! Best regards!
I had the best experience With Madi I told her what type of car I wanted and she made it happen She's was very patience and caring with me and it only took us 4hr and I was driving out the lot very happy.. Thank u so so much Madi. She has a customer cousin for life.. lol
