Terrible!!! I rented a car in June of 2023 and still have not got my deposit back. This is the worst company ever!! I got car in Jamaica and car was dirty and was really unsatisfied and as of September 2, 2023 still no deposit returned.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Waited an hour at the Orlando airport for transportation to off site location, not acceptable. Then, they pushed you to buy damage waivers telling you lies about your insurance or credit card not covering their cars, complete lies! Them, they charge you an additional $15 A DAY for each driver, even if its your spouse. Horrible rental experience I will never repeat.
I can see how some people have a bad experience, but ours was great. The shuttle stop was marked as another place but the van said priceless on it. The line was kind of slow but my experience was otherwise great. However the woman next to me at the counter obviously was not having a good experience as she was complaining to the counter person. And one woman in the parking lot said her car was boxed in all sides by other cars so she had to get someone to move cars for her while she’s carrying a baby in 95 degree heat. You may have a different experience, but mine was good.
It was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the airport shuttle staff as well
2 stars...staff were friendly, wanted a cheaper rental, but I guess you get what you pay for... Car wasn’t thoroughly cleaned on inside sand, crumbs, french fry under seat went and washed it myself after picking up. Shuttle drivers were a bit aggressive on the road. They need to remember they are shuttling people in a large van and turning corners at higher speeds isn’t fun. Dropped us off at the airport and said...”Oh, you can walk to the other terminal...” Only good thing about the rental was the low price.
We had a great experience. They gave us a great car for a great price and getting back to the airport for our return flight was so fast. The staff was all very nice. We did need to wait at least 15 minutes for the shuttle when we first flew in and we also didn't know where the pick up place was but once the shuttle came everything was great.
First off, at the airport, you have to already know to use the shuttle marked as "executive" car rental. Shuttle to the facility and stand in line.. I guess for non frequent renters this is pretty normal, I'm used to walking straight to the car... DRILLED ABOUT MY INSURANCE AND ASKED FOR PROOF. Gave them a corporate policy number and agency that our travel office provides us for rental cars. I guess this isn't standard, and went back and forth with him several times before they'd accept it. COULD NOT GET A PAPER RECEIPT WHEN I LEFT. Went inside and requested one, was refused, had to give them an email and sit and wait to make sure I received before I left. Poorly setup for frequent business travelers. I want a receipt to attach to my expense report so that I can submit it while waiting for my plane at the gate. But, apparently every one else was out of cars that day.... and they did have a car. So, it wasn't all bad...
After reading so many negative reviews about this place, I was really hesitant to rent from them, but they were just so much cheaper than everyone else that I just decided to risk it. I'm so glad I gave them a chance as things turned out great! Starting at the airport, I got not 1, but 2 phone calls to make sure I knew where to catch the shuttle to the rental facility. Once there, certainly they gave me the "buy our insurance" and "do you want to upgrade" push, everyone does that, but I found the assistant very helpful. In the end, I got a fully-loaded SUV a Dodge Journey for a phenomenal price, all while receiving great customer service.
4 day car rental was just over $100. Great car and a great price. The shuttle took a little longer than expected but still very satisfied. This price was half of enterprise car rental. I went through expedia for the reservation and that was seamless. I have used this place 2 times now for both business and personal and will use them again as long as their prices stay significantly lower than enterprise.
Quite possibly one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. We had to wait for about half an hour at the airport before the shuttle came the shuttle driver was really nice and then had to wait for a solid hour in line before getting up to the counter with the ONE guy there helping people he was nice too- no problem with the people, just the terrible company. We went with this one since it was the cheapest, then realized we had to pay an extra $30 a day to buy their insurance. We have car insurance, just not the specific type of insurance on our policy they were looking for. That almost doubled our car rental cost. Unbelievably frustrating. That was not made apparent when we booked it. That should be the most obvious thing when you book. We looked back and couldn’t find any information about it in the initial booking until we clicked on a link to the specific policies and procedures. Never had another car rental company look this closely at what insurance we have. Will not be renting here again.
