Primal Empowerment - CrossFit Thumbs Up is a fitness facility dedicated to building a healthy and strong community. We offer group classes as well as personal training to best meet everyone's individual needs.
What started out in a carport with a small group of friends in 2011 has grown into a 9,000 square foot facility with dedicated members and coaches in 2017.
We appreciate those members of society who work hardest to protect and teach us and therefore offer discounts to military, MacDill AFB employees, teachers, firefighters, and police. We also offer family discounts.
