Staff is always friendly and super knowledgable and shop is always clean and well organized.

The selection of products is fantastic, but more importantly the staff is amazing! I was there this past Thursday and again tonight and the gentleman/lady who assisted me were very helpful. On Thursday the gentlemen helped me find the perfect pouch for the piece I bought, and tonight the lady helped me pick out a candle. Excellent customer service from the men and women who work here!

The employees at primal glass are so nice and to shop there is a great experience. They have a great selection of vape cbd and incense products along with very unique handcrafted jewelry.
