Was a bit underwhelmed with my Primanti Bros. experience here. It was later in the evening, and our server apologized multiple times for the slow service. My drink was pretty, but tasted a bit medicine-y. Food was just okay and lukewarm. I would definitely not order the cheese fries again, as they were pretty basic. Sandwich was good, but would have been better if it were hot.
When you are in Steelers country, this is a must go local chain! This place oozes with Steelers fan base, flags and primanti’s history. We tried their spicy chicken and Pitts-burgher , both of which comes with fries. Food was great and our server was great! Overall service was a tad slow due to labor shortage but the server kept checking on us every now and then! Enjoy
Service was good and fast as we went there just after lunch. The cheese fries were kind of basic and tasted ok. The wings were honey barbecue and tasted good but were kind of small. Everything came hot out of the kitchen. We will check it out in a few weeks and try out one of the sandwichesFood: 3/5
We aren't from the area but a place as well known as Primanti Bros we just had to stop by. While not the original location downtown the atmosphere and food were spot on. I got the Ruben on toast and as you can see from the pic it was loaded with all the good stuff! Generous portions of meat, cheese and the best slaw I've had since my late grandmother. Definitely worth a visit!

I could write paragraphs about how amazing our experience was. We went late at night after a game with two very tired kids. From the moment we walked in the door, the gentleman that was to seat us was more than kind. He accommodated my son and sat us in a closed section so that the noise wasn’t too much for his sensory. He at no time made us feel as if they had went out of their way. None of the staff seemed annoyed that they were working a late night, their attitudes were as if it was 2pm, awake and enthusiastic! We had Nicki as our server. At the end of the night she informed us that she was actually a hostess and we were the first table she had served. We would have never known! She was amazing and personable, fast to attend to anything we needed. Thought of my kids first before I even could. I’m hoping there is a serving position in her future! The kids menus came with crackers to hold them over and wet naps. Everything was thought of. The food was delicious and generous portions for the price! We even heated up leftovers today and they were still good! This will now be our go to spot when we are in the area! Highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu came with crackers to hold them over and a wet nap. Crayons were provided to color the kids menu. Plenty of meal options for kids.
Our waiter was fabulous!! I took a star off for the manager on shift ruining the atmosphere being loud and making personal calls which she fielded in our section like it was an office. Food was great, prices were a bit high for the quantity. We went during happy hour but our drinks were full price. Still, our waiter was fabulous and we would go back because of his hospitality! Definitely try the new berry drunk duck adult only it was good AND you get a rubber duck to take home!!! So adorable Kid-friendliness: It is a bar environment but kid friendly Parking: They were busy, but we had no problem getting in and out
Good service and a filling meal. I got the original pastrami and cheese sandwich and wish it could have had a little more sauce as it was a little dry. Good flavor and mix of textures with the fries and slaw on top. Oh and their fried pickles are delicious!
Fun Pittsburgh chain, sports bar with tons of drink options and Pittsburgh style food items. Sandwiches come with fries in the sandwich and the PB ruben I had was pretty tasty. Great staff!Food: 5/5
Food was great but because of their special buy one classic sandwich get a second one for 33 cents they were packed and also had a hugh amount of take out orders. We waited 30 minutes to be seated then about 2 hours to get our food. But it was understandable because of the amount of the customers that were there. The waitress was extremely nice and kept us informed. And they did bring our appetizers quickly so that kept us satisfied until we could get our sandwichs.
