Merna is an AMAZING nurse, she's always so kind and sweet when we come through the door! She loves my kids like they are family and is always making them smile and enjoy their time there. Dr. Phail is so kind and very involving with the children, he's very thorough and always makes sure I don't have any concerns!

Edit: I had to take my daughter back in yesterday on 5/18. We had another amazing experience at this location with the provider Jayson Smith. He also went above and beyond and listened to our concerns. He was very personable with my daughter and really wanted to help us. Thank you again so much for the amazing service. ….. I cannot say I’ve ever felt truly heard at a drs office. For the first time ever we felt heard, understood, and sympathized with. From the front office receptionist who was working solo in the front to the medical assistant and provider Vanya Roberts. They went above and beyond to help my daughter. They were super patient with my little girl and did everything in their power to help us. Not even her regular pediatrician at the other primary health has ever made us feel that way. I really appreciate their help on the evening of 4/14.

This review primarily focuses on the clerical staff, not the medical personnel, who provided excellent care during my recent visit. However, my recent experience has left me feeling less like a patient and more like a billing and insurance novice. Despite being a long-time patient at this facility, I received a bill as if I were a new patient. It was disheartening to discover that regular visits to the doctor were required to avoid new patient charges, even during the pandemic when it was recommended to minimize non-emergency medical facility visits to reduce COVID-19 exposure and conserve resources. Regrettably, no one informed me about these charges, and I didn't think to inquire since I never incurred new patient fees at my dentist or optometrist. I assumed the doctor's office would operate similarly. The medical staff demonstrated remarkable efficiency by ushering me into the examination room before I could complete my check-in paperwork, which included questions about my medical history. I ended up completing it after the examination, as the medical team already had my medical history on file and didn't require additional information. Following the examination, I was prescribed medication, only to discover afterward that it wasn't covered by my insurance, requiring a pre-authorization. As a patient, the pre-authorization process for medications and procedures was unfamiliar to me, but I'm quickly learning the ropes. However, the staff seemed uncertain about how I should obtain the prescribed medication. To my surprise, a nurse from Ohio called me a week later, requesting payment before the medication could be shipped. Several weeks later, I received another call from Primary Health, inquiring if I had figured out how to obtain the prescribed medication. Thankfully, the medication was not urgently needed, but the experience left me wondering if I would have been better prepared had I known the expected costs in advance or, at the very least, the amount that my insurance would be billed for.

I usually avoid Dr's at all costs but couldn't put off my situation. I was in an out of there faster than I could have imagined so that was great. Not only that, everyone there was very friendly and felt like they genuinely cared about me. Considering the circumstances it was an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

The provider I saw Jayson Smith was fantastic and made it worth the wait. Easy to talk to and a kind and compassionate human. Also the gentleman who helped get me signed up was fantastic.

Doctor Phail has been our kids doctor for years and we absolutely adore him! Thank you for your continued support and health care!

Always my first choice to go when my family or I have an issue that needs to be dealt with quickly. They are always so helpful and informative, they take their time and truly care. I appreciate their service and how willing they are to help.

I see Dr. VANIA and she is the best. She takes her time with me and I never feel like she is rushing to catch up.

Terrible terrible experience. Very unprofessional, unsanitary, unsafe, and very detrimental to the publics safety. Don't contact the clinic manager, they will be no help whatsoever. I'd recommend a different facility. Don't take the chance and but your health at risk with this place and physicians.

A bit of a wait in the waiting room but pretty fast attention once in the exam room. Dr. was efficient and covered all the bases in kind and "human" manner. I felt that I was heard.
