My appt was for 2:15, they didnt take me back until after 3:00. The radiology technician said I needed to hurry, theres other patients waiting. I am elderly so I told her I can't hurry, I'm crippled and I fall easily.
My primary doctor make a order for X-ray. I visit other clinic for the service and they in from me call this place for look if they can make my X ray and save for my money ok. Went I arrive to this Location in Ennis the receptionist I show the order from my doctor's and just the lady tell me ohh I'm sorry only in Duncanville. And I tell the lady but just we call a few minutes and she said ohh the lady don't ask. , What?? If I was in front the lady who make the call. Don't past more the 10min went arrive the place. Bad service for the customers. Please the personal who give the service and answers above the services give a complete answers. Thank you.
I had a very good experience, I arrived before my appointment time, I had to drive from my office in Dallas and it didn't take as long as I thought. So I was there before 3;00, my appointment was at 3:15. I no longer set when they called me back. I was in and out before my appointment time. They were all so very nice to me, made me feel at ease. Great experience
Please do yourself a favor and do NOT ever use this place. I drove 30 minutes one way today for an important appointment. When I arrived they checked me in, took my payment, and then proceeded to come find me 5 minutes later to tell me they wouldn’t be able to do my imaging today and that I would have to reschedule because they made a mistake on their end and didn’t have anyone there to administer an IV for the image, and yet it clearly stated in doctor’s notes I would need one. The lady asked when I would like to reschedule and I told her I would not be because it was extremely unprofessional to schedule me incorrectly causing me to have to take time off of work, not to mention my husband had to take time off of work to get our son, and I had to drive all that way for nothing!! Do NOT go here. She refunded me, but I will be watching to make sure that refund hits my account because I don’t trust anything they have to say now. Needless to say, I contacted my doctor and had them refer me to another place that, mind you, has MUCH better reviews.
My insurance company provided inaccurate pre-approval info resulting in hours of wasted time. The staff at Prime worked through it, got everything needed and completed my exam. All of the staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the requirements. I would both recommend and use Prime Diagnostic Imaging again.
They don't do xrays at this location and I'm not driving 30 miles to their next closest one to get them. Which is probably for the best since my last 2 experiences at this location were less than professional. Those were a mri. They never start on time even when you’re their 1st appointment in the morning. The best thing to say about the staff is bless them, someone had to hire them, unfortunately they landed here. Save yourself go somewhere else. You'll be much happier.
I went in for CT scan. They took me in right away. Had a little problem with order but it wasn’t no biggie. Staff were very friendly
Communication was horrible. I was given a call first thing in the morning stating they did not receive the authorization paperwork from my doctor. They stated if they did not have it by 11am they would call me and have to reschedule my appointment. I work an hour away. Left work and 15 minutes before my appointment, for some reason I decided to call and find out if everything went ok. I was told no, that never received it and would have to reschedule. I stated they were suppose to call and let me know this. I told them no, if they can not communicate with their patients, I will use another facility.
It was great that they could schedule mine and my wife's procedures in the same morning. It still took a while but we were both taken care of and everyone was very helpful. Thank you for great service. Prime in Ennis Texas
I went in for a CT scan and everyone was so Kind! I had to drink 2 drinks before CT scan an hour apart each and then was seen right away after. Also much better price compared to what I would have paid at the hospital.
