The cleanest and the vacuums work!! Sometimes there’s no suction but never at this place. Always changing out the garbage too very busy.

I've never washed my car here but went in for a basic car wash which was quick but left with dust stains on my bumpers and windows. It’s really an 80% wash. Vacuums are free but you have to push the start button about 6x since it doesn’t last long enough. Not sure I’ll be back, unless I’m really in a rush. #meh

The vacuums didn’t work and my car hardly got clean afterwards. Not satisfied, I could do a better job hand washing my car

Have a monthly membership. It's cool that I can take my truck in weekly, daily or multiple times a day if I want to. Price for the monthly is great compared to pay per wash. I would give it 5 stars. Yet, it does an okay job of cleaning my truck. Doesn't get the tailgate or back window very well. Sometimes there are a few water spots  left also. But, all in all, it's better than having to wash it at home.

Having the attendant ask me if I want to leave a tip for standing there is unprofessional and is completely on the shoulders of management. Pay your employees more instead of them asking for handouts. Losing my business

I've been to a few of these Mister car wash locations, this one isn't to bad gets the truck pretty clean there are only two things I would say need addressing. The vacuums here are not great compared to most every other location. And the second is that for people with bigger vehicles make sure to use the outside lane or it will be a pain to turn into the wash.

I've never washed my car here cuz I can't afford it but this place is always packed and their vacuums are free you just got to continuously push the start button and some of them don't work so well but the majority of them work just fine and there's hardly ever a waiting line

Mister Car Wash is your average car wash. I purchased the Platinum treatment $18.00 for my car,  which gives you the wax and tire cleaner. But once you go through the mechanical wash, you have to make sure that you have a shami, or towels to dry the vehicle,  and then vacuum the vehicle yourself from the provided vacuums. Clean the inside windows myself You do not receive an air freshener. My car was pretty dusty this time and the mechanical wash still left dust streaked on my windows, sunroof and the top of my trunk. I asked for a rewash and was provided with a 2nd wash.

The place basically rinses your car, but it is never truly clean when you leave. I drove through 3 times & the windows still had big smears.

To put it nicely, this car wash does not do the job. The customer service here was good, they were kind. However, the car wash itself does not clean the car. There were multiple spots on the car that were still dirty after I took it through the wash. The wash is severely inadequate and barely even touches the back of the car. It left streaks of dirt and even dead bugs on the mirrors, the grill, the bumper, back hatch, the liscence plate, and the roof. Prime Shine actually cleaned my car. Mister does not. If you're going to buy another business, don't change the mechanics or design if they are better than your own.
