I was impressed with the customer service! Scott went out of his way to ensure that moving my household items into the storage unit went smoothly and without a hitch. He showed up early and helped me coordinate with the moving company and truck driver. It relieved me of a lot of stress! George is very friendly, was knowledgeable and helpful when I inquired about a storage unit. I felt in good hands. Highly recommended.
When I walked into the office I met Scott. I told him what size I might need. He looked at his inventory then took me out to see several available sizes that I was interested in.After looking at them a couple of times I made my decision.Everything was clean and neat. We then went inside where he throughly explained the contract. Scott was really professional and great to work with. He's definitely an asset to the company. Thanks Scott

I’ve had this storage facility for going on 4 years. Every year there was a price increase. This last year there was two. My last cost was $264 for a 8x14 air conditioned unit. Earlier this week we came to grab our Christmas stuff and it was considerably warm in there. Once we brought our items home we noticed some of them have been damaged by the humidity. I find it absolutely absurd that they keep raising the cost of a storage facility because they are keeping up with the “current” housing rate. That’s what I’ve been told by one of the workers there. It’s a storage facility, it’s not a home. There’s no reason the cost for a storage unit to be this high. Especially if you’re paying for air conditioning and it’s muggy and hot when you open the door to go in. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. Ever since they raised their prices I’ve started seeing a lot of people move out. With the cost of living going up people have to make adjustments in the way they spend their money. One of these is by getting rid of the absurd high cost of a storage unit. When I first moved in I was paying $138. When I left it was $264. No more storage unit.
Reviewing Extra Space Storage in Rockledge.... Super easy online process to set up, pay 20 bucks and they'll have a lock ready for you when you get there! No need to wait for the office to be open. Access to the units closes at 10 PM which kinda sucks but the height of the units make up for it! I'm not sure how tall this thing is but it's gotta be like 15'. Way taller than any of the competitors at Comparative or better rates. Definitely recommend.
Scott in Rockledge was super helpful in getting my unit set up before the holidays. He did what he said he was going to do proficiently & professionally. The unit is dry-walled in, not just steel walled. I'm glad I gave them a call.

Great customer service. However, paying 2.3K a year is just too much. As a long lasting customer, just not in the budget when I only use to holiday items.
