Very clean, really helpful attendants. Great laundrymat experience. I'll go back for all my too big for regular washer items.

My first time in this facility. I found it to be clean. Attendant was very helpful and nice. Best of all the machines were very competitively priced! Hopefully my laundry room won't flood again. But if it did I would comes back here.,

They have a guy that puts his music so loud we can't speak to anyone. Not everyone likes the music he listens to. There is more than one race that comes to wash. He is rude to some people and nice to others. The washers need more water but the attendant said he doesn't have the key to change the setting. The other attendant that they got rid of would change it. She saw it was needing more water. I have spoken to management but he is too nice to say anything to the attendant.

I go there every 1-2 weeks and have been for the last 6 months. They always have someone there to help you, if needed. They are always cleaning up after customers and helping customers take laundry out to their cars. All the employees are super nice. The building is very clean and kept up! Only bummer is that there are a lot of Out Of Order machines, but I would still go there because of the customer service, over other places. I do recommend always going during the day tho, just from my own experience as a 20 something year old female, there tend to be more stretchy people there in the evening that like to try and take advantage. But when that has happened to me in the past, the Owner has stepped in and made the person leave. They really do value customer serve here!

Very clean and management really takes pride in the place. Machines are in excellent working condition reasonable price and very clean! The Texas way!!! Thank you for this very nice laundry facility. 5 stars!!!!

This is where I do all my laundry. The staff is helpful and polite. I have had a dryer not work for me and the mechanic took care of the issue immediately. I will continue to come here due to the convenience of proximity and the service I get.

Seriously, the best service in Tyler! Janie is simply amazing! We take her a couple of baskets of laundry almost weekly, and she is great at getting them back to us the same day. At $1.00 per pound, you can’t beat the price, or the service!

Yea, it might be cheap, but the washers suck at actually cleaning the clothes AND they take forever just to fill up. The dryers make your clothes smell burnt and they get so hot that they’ll shrink everything. Not only a waste of time and money, but now a lot of my clothes are ruined. I don’t suggest this place if you’d like your clothes to stay nice and smell clean.

Out of all the laundry mats that I have gone there in the past years. This place is 10 times better and it's so clean. This place is never crowded with people at all. I would strongly recommend that everyone uses this laundry mat to wash clothes.
