Prime Time leads the Steubenville, Ohio community in identifying and delivering services to meet it's changing needs. Some of Prime Time's many services includes personal transportation and "meals on wheels" delivery directly to the home.
Prime Time offers many valuable services to the Steubenville community, including the following:
- Congregate Meals
- Home Delivered Meals or "Meals on Wheels"
- Transportation - within the county and out-of-county medical appointments
- Legal Assistance
- Health Education through our Prime Time Fitness exercise programs
- Information and assistance
- Participation in Project Lifesaver with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department
- Medical screenings through the Mobile Medical Unit
- Monthly Parkinson's Support Group
The Prime Time Office on Aging is funded by the Ohio Department of Aging through the Area Agency on Aging, Region 9 & the Jefferson County Senior Service Levy
Our mission is to keep our members Healthy Independent and Productive (HIP) as they age.
Prime Time adheres to three guiding principles:
- Minimum age requirement for service is 60 or the spouse of someone 60 or older
- Most services are provided on a donation basis
- Services are provided regardless of income
