With a 25 year+ background in the martial arts, trainer Greg Murphy has been honing his skills in the martial arts since age 9, learning various concepts of unarmed/armed training through the art of neutralizing violent opposition by using direct, efficient motion.
Now a self-defense instructor for over 15 years, Greg began personal training at the age of 20, completing his first certification course at Cabrini College for strength and conditioning. He specializes in athletic performance enhancement, musculo-skeletal rehabilitation, weight loss, and body building. He has studied alternative medicine and holistic nutrition at the American College Of Healthcare Sciences and is a Certified Mobility|WOD Movement & Mobility Specialist.
