Our very first time at Primo's Tex-mex Grille and let me tell you I have never been anywhere with such nice staff. Our waitress was very attentive and never had to even as for refills. She was awesome! The food was hot and exquisite! It was windy however Our view was beautiful as we sat outside and had a good view of the lake. It's well worth the money for the excellent service and food quality. Will definitely be back!
Great place! Quick, friendly service, DELICIOUS and filling food. The guy singing had a musical grab bag he'd encourage the kids on the patio to interact with the band please tell me he's a music teacher - if not, he should be. We had the Grilled Stuffed Jalapeños, I had the Shrimp Ceviche, and my husband had the tamales not pictured. It was SO GOOD. Very generous portions.
Food were delicious. Location was relaxing. Service was OK. But I was already sold out with the view. I will definitely come back and you will find me on the table outside with the view of the lake.
Really good food this time when I ordered something different. Time prior to this one I ordered the enchiladas & they were good as well but the portion of food was a lot smaller. This time I had more than enough food to fill me up at almost the same price point of the enchiladas!
Arrived with Bae to celebrate a birthday and there were at least 15 adults and 4 children there! I found disappointment in how hot it was and the bathroom was a dorn hotbox. There was only one waitress waiting on us but she did alright for the most part…The alcoholic drinks were a little syrupy. I got my go to drink. strawberry mojito. Bae thought the food was a little pricey and wasn’t totally enthused about the taste. The chimichanga wasn’t all the grand. The entertainment was a music box to pay for… I would love to come back during the day to enjoy the scenery of the water, and hopefully have a better experience. My experience at the Dallas location of Lemmon was fantastic besides parking. Try there if you haven’t already.
Primos Tex-Mex is an example of when fantastic food, service and setting meet. Not only is the service top notch friendly and attentive the food was absolutely a standout in this space. Another surprise, the pricing was better than reasonable for what you get. Just a superior option to hang out eat and get drinks without feeling like you were robbed : The views on the balcony were also second to none! Super strong recommendation 5
Primos is Primo! Seems the Margarita has changed but the food was good. The view of the pier was broken and had cones like ….. IDK what… it’s a hazard I’m sure but currently the Sapphire Bay water construction can’t help any. I hope Primos stays around for a while.
We drove 40 min to come to this place, just to try a new spot. Service is good. Food is ok. View is great! Not pricy, you get plenty of food. I ordered the catfish and a Margarita. Margarita wasnt that good. Ive had better
Great food and customer service. We had a car meet and brought the whole crew over. Primo's customer service didn't miss a beat. Took us in, moved tables around, food and drinks were moving fast. We will definitely have to come back.
Catfish dinner was excellent! We was looking for catfish but didn't see any close so we thought we had settled for something spicy and to our surprise they had catfish on the menu so we gave it a try,and it did not disappoint! Fries and sauces was really good too. Service was fast and friendly.Food: 5/5
