Yesterday afternoon my mother in law was taken to the ER by ambulance and my wife and I stayed in the room with her while she was being attended to. All three of us came away thoroughly impressed with the two nurses attending her. Both Olivia and Khris made my mothers day with their humor and approachable personalities and put all of us at ease with the level of care given in the ER. ER visits shouldn't be so pleasant. Thank You!
My nurse, Jordan was pleasant and displayed professionalism. I do not have names of x-ray tech or techs-I guess this is correct title who came to bedside for portable x-rays but they or that person were or was pleasant and displayed professionalism. Crystal, the PA student was also pleasant and displayed professionalism. Rachel and Sam, in Radiology were also pleasant and displayed professionalism. I think Rachel transported me to and from Radiology. Dr. Beason was pleasant and displayed professionalism. I don't remember name of person who escorted me after discharge but everyone was pleasant. I called regarding need to return for evaluation and documentation of a large bruise that I noticed after returning home. During the phone call. I received assistance from a clerk Lyn and a nurse Megan and, yes, they, too, were pleasant and displayed professionalism. My doctor, during this return visit, was Dr. Melish and my nurse was Hunter. They, too, were pleasant and displayed professionalism. I am satisfied with the care that I received during each of these visits. Keep up the good work everyone!
I was in the er for acute pancreatitis on 5 27 2022yesterday. I was suppose to be admitted. Instead they left me in a room in the er and never checked on me. I was left with four veins blown out. I would call the nurse and he would show up maybe 2 hours later. He didnt once ask me how I felt. I had to call the doctor to my room just to get a request for sleep medicine. After 12 HOURS of enduring that nonsense I left AMA to seek care at St vinncents. A FAR superior facility and staff. Princeton should be ASHAMED of the level of incompetence of the nurses working nights at this ER. I went through nursing school and the level of care I received was 100% unacceptable,unethical, and probably bordering illegal. I would not trust their staff to care for my dog.
Had a very bad experience here. I came down with COVID and was diagnosed by my local dr. He said I needed to be admitted. I drove to Princeton Er with copies of the test from the dr. When I arrived at Princeton Er they could care less they redid the same test and told me to go home at 130 in the morning. Even though I was having problems breathing. The next day I went to grand view hospital where I was admitted and stayed for 10 days because of my breathing. They have an aggressive treatment plan there. shame on Princeton Er and the lady pa that turned me away!!
I Hate DrPatton With a Passion Which Says An Awful Lot. I went 10/06 between 5 & 6 a.m. After explaining I could hardly speak, swallow, & eat The“doc” glance At My Throat & Said I Have Strep Throat Then Proceed To Have Another “doc” give Me 4 Shots Which DID NOT Help In The Slightest That Man Should Have Tested Me Instead Of Trynna Play Wizard I Went & Got A Strep Test Which Was Negative. People like him should not be in the medical field I swear. I’m in so much pain and have been the past 3 days if he had just ran some test on me we could have gotten to the bottom of my illness. I would never suggest this place to anyone I care for & I advise everyone to steer clear. They mean no hood
I presented to the ER last week with severe lumbar pain and came to this location bc my Primary is in the affiliate clinic. I was unimpressed at first until I met Jonathan my nurse and the PA who attended to me I forget his name, but these two made it happen!!!! I don't care what hospital I go to, I'm stopping by and picking up Jonathan first! Where I go, he goes. NURSE OF THE YEAR!!!! Although the aesthetics in the waiting room leave much to be desired the staff was amazing .The gentlemen who did my CT Scan was so patient and informative. I tend to ask quite a few questions, and no one seemed to mind and for me that's a big up. Thank you for a wonderful experience even while in the worse pain.
I Had A Interview On January 15, 2020 at 11:00 am For Sterling Processing Technician Position. The Manager was walking me through the position like what time is the shift you will go through Orientation. you will received a Email or Phone Call From Human Resources Never did. so I Called The Head Manager And she told me the position was taken way off the website.
THEY TAKE TOO LONG TO GET YOU TO THE BACK . First time I came up here I was in the emergency room lobby for 8 whole hours , the second time 3 hours Before I actually got called
