My husband brought me into Emergency and we were treated with no respect from the get go . We were told it would be at least an hour wait, I said no problem. After an hour we were put in a room and were left there for four hours, no one came to our room once to check on me .Five hours later my husband went to the front desk and said excuse me , you have served every single person who came in before us and everyone who came in after us! Are we going to get looked after, there were 6 people at the nurses station standing around laughing and talking and said no it is still going to be a while ! When we went in she asked me what my pain level out of 10 was I said 10 . We ended up leaving without service and drove to Hope the next day !! Welcome to Princeton
A special Thank You to Doctor Ella Monro for her excellent care, I couldn't have asked for better. To the nursing staff and Dr Monro on Sept 25th, a giant hug
We visit here regularly due to chronic illness and we are treated so well. They are strict when needed but are good at making suggestions to make the time easier. Fantastic staff with hearts of Gold God Bless you as you tend to all!
Wonderful working in the ER with fantastic nurses. Lab and Radiology always available any time of day and night. Kitchen always looking after you!
People are being neglected in the ER if you can leave to a different hospital do it
Avoid. Visitied this hospital for a injury in December 2019, and the service recieved from the physicians was absoloutly horrendous, and recieved a misdiagnosis. Go elsewhere, unless you are about to die.
I was treated with respect and found staff to be very kind and professional.
