James who is the property manager there is fantastic! He is super kind and helpful and knows the storage very well. As the first time storage user, my husband and I were very anxious about the size of the storage and were afraid we have too much stuff to fit in. Without asking, James showed us two different sizes and helped us find a storage that we wanted, and everything fitted in just right. His enthusiasm and professionalism made this whole process very smooth. The storage itself is very well maintained, clean and odor free. We are so glad that we chose Princeton Self Storage and met James.
I have rented two units at Princeton Self Storage. The facility is easy to access and very well maintained. Our interactions with Jim Giovacchini and other staff have always been a pleasure.
Everything has been extremely seamless so far. I was able to easily book online and get all my paperwork completed through their website. The website had all the information I needed to make sure I knew what I was getting and I’m pleased with their services.
My experience has been excellent. The units I used were clean, safe and secure and always available. The Manager and staff were very attentive to my needs and always available to respond to my requests. I recommend Princeton Self Storage without reservation.
Very well maintained... I have parked my camper and noticed they clean around the other campers. Elinor site manager is really good. Slightly expensive, but I guess it is the Princeton area is like that in general. The website needs to be a little more updated and the driveway needs better sealing. Won't drop a star for that.
We were very happy with Princeton Self Storage services. Storage units were well maintained, issues were addressed promptly, easy billing/payment set up, and most of all, we our possessions were very secure. I would use Princeton Self Storage again and recommend it to others.
Last summer I had to store my things 20 minutes away, and it was a pain to drive there to find things... This summer, we're using Princeton Self Storage. It's nice, clean, new, and very convenient! The manager is really nice too!
