Manuel Lopez - Trained 8 years under Vladimir Reyson who was the National and Olympic coach of the former Soviet Union (1964 - 1978). National Team Coach of Costa Rica 1993-1994. Class Description
Preschool - A variety of skills will be taught on the balance beam, spring tumbling floor, uneven bars, and trampoline. The focus of these classes will be learning motor skills and gymnastics movements.
Girls and Boys - Students will participate in all Olympic Gymnastics Events. Use of special training devices such as trampoline, spring floor and overhead spotting devices will increase skill development as well as providing exciting and challenging experiences.
Totally Tumbling - A class designed to meet the tumbling needs of cheerleaders and those who just want to tumble.
Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance - Combination of classical ballet (includes various dance styles). Acrobatic skills with hand apparatus (hoop, clubs, rope and ribbon).
Team and Performance Groups - These students will be chosen based on talent, expression and dedication. These athletes will represent PRINCETON GYMNASTICS AND DANCE ACADEMY in local, regional and national competitions and performances.
