If you've been waiting for the motivation to get your start as a runner, this program is for you! Multiple class options per week.
Moms on the Run is women of all ages and abilities getting together for Fitness, Fun, Friendship! Classes are designed to meet all ability levels: Learn-to-Run (walking and easing up to a 5K distance), Tweener (those of us right in the middle that hop on and off of the wagon) and Intermediate (able to run for 20-30 minutes).
Classes meet 3 days per week; 2 days of interval training and 1 day being a time based long run. Participants choose to participate 1, 2 or unlimited times per week.
