What a wonderful and inviting gym! This was my first exposure to power lifting. Adam, Ashlyn and Karen are all so knowledgeable. They have taught me so much and are so encouraging. Love the strength gains and results I'm seeing already. Highly recommend!!
I had been looking for a gym that would challenge me, but also have fun at the same time. Well, I found it in Priority Health and Fitness! Adam and his team give me that kick in the a$$ I need and it doesn’t hurt so bad when the people surrounding you help keep you motivated. If you’re looking for a great workout accompanied with great people, Priority Health and Fitness is where you need to be! I am so happy I joined!
This place is so much more than a gym! The best around, hands down! The coaches are amazing! They are personable, knowledgeable, enthusiastic while being passionate about your health journey. No matter what level of fitness you are looking for, there is a membership for you. Check them out!
I have joined and quit plenty of gyms chains, to boot camps and none really held my interest and I didn't stay long enough to see results. I ended up liking and sharing a Facebook post and won a free month at Priority. I gave it a shot and from the coaches to the clients something just felt different, everyone was supportive and encouraging. I have been here faithfully for a year and made so many new friends, it's not just a gym it is a family.
I have been a member of this gym for over 4 years. When I first joined I could not even do a burpee, I laughed at the thought of jumping to the ground. I have been pushed and challenged to do things I never would have believed I could do. My gym has become my second family. You will never regret your decision to join PHF. Adam and his staff are truly the best and are out to help you meet your goals.

Priority Health & Fitness has given me life and sanity! For years I put everything and everyone before myself. At Priority I have learned more than I ever expected about nutrition and strength and as cliche’ as it sounds, I have learned to make myself a priority! The coaches are excellent - they push you to challenge yourself, yet always offer alternatives if you have limitations. Priority is not just another gym, it’s a family of coaches and members that care about each other and are supportive of each other’s goals. Check out PHF; you really don’t know what you are missing!
If you want to learn a lifestyle change in nutrition and exercise, Priority is the place to do it! I’ve been a member for over 2.5yrs and have maintained my weight loss and greatly increased my muscle tone, but more importantly I have learned that food is our fuel and that 6 small healthy meals are the way to go; I am much stronger than I ever imagined I could be; and the support system of the coaches and members is beyond compare! Make yourself worth it and join me today!
No frills powerlifting gym. Great place to lift heavy and be a part of a good community. All levels friendly.
