DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! You will get your money stolen and no merchandise. She has a Facebook page and constantly posting items for sale but if you want your hard earned money stolen this is your place. BEWARE! And yes I’m not in the system but my family is! You owe two family members their shirts from MAY or the refund you promised. Funny how you have serval reviews of you being a thief on google and facebook. You block, delete, and “pretend to close your business” all because you steal people’s money.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I absolutely LOVE this store! Great customer service and such reasonable prices. All of her items are trendy and up to date. She makes custom shirts too and can do any design wanted. She’s seriously so talented. I’ll always be a repeat customer with her!

I ordered a sweatshirt on November 8th and as of December 8th I had not received it. I reached out and asked for shipping information. I wanted to see if the shirt had been delivered or was still in transit. I attempted email and private Facebook messenger and did not receive a response. So I then posted 2 comments on their public Facebook page asking for a response. These responses were immediately deleted and then I immediately received a response privately. When they finally responded to my messages I got the run around and was never provided shipping information. I was told that it was sent and there could be delays in postal service. I didn't agree that it would still be in transit for a month when this was being shipped locally. I requested a refund and they did agree. I was told it would take 5-7 business days to process. This was on December 3rd. As of December 27th still no refund received. I sent another email the 27th around 6 pm asking when to expect my refund. The following day I reached out via facebook messenger and received a response. I was told my refund had been processed on December 6th...but it was not in my account when I had checked previously. When I pulled up my previous invoice it now shows that it was refunded on December 27th the day I emailed....again. In the end after many weeks and multiple messages I finally received a refund. Long story short this business has poor customer service and I definitely would not recommend supporting their business.

After supporting a small business and ordering 2 shirts on July 1st to getting hit or miss responses through messaging and no response on email, I failed to receive my product. After requesting a refund and being told it was being issued right then, I was blocked from contacting the page and her directly. I was very patient and understood most excuses that were given to me. I gave weeks and days between contacting the owner to get my merchandise I purchased. I never cussed, yelled or was disrespectful, just expressed my disappointment in lack of honesty.

Never received the Tshirt I ordered for my daughter, I have messaged, emailed, commented on the original post with no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOUTIQUE!!!!
