This is the place to go, the staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with the gearbox in my multipoint locking system. I took the whole mechanism in to them, within minutes they had fitted the replacement part. Made things so much easier when installing it all back into the door. Thanks for a great service and would definitely recommend this place to others
I sent the cylinder I ordered back to them and they do not want to refund it's price despite I sent them the confirmation that they received it and they are accepting that the address I sent it back is the right one. I think they do not think that anybody would start a legal process against them for £48...Unreliable company

I would not recommend this Company for purchasing anything online. I ordered a lock and two additional keys and the two additional keys did not work and when I asked for replacements I was told that all keys are checked before they leave that was their response implication was that I was wrong. There was no mention of offering replacement keys or asking for the lock and all the keys back for a replacement. The communication is lousy and rude and although the mistake was completely there's there has been a complete refusal to refund the postage costs to return the lock. Clearly if the product you buy from them is right then it's all okay but when it is wrong they don't give a monkeys and I think that all the negative reviews that you can see all pretty much say the same thing
