Love the different exercises they do weekly to help find the right fit for my son's needs. Extremely friendly and patient with him!
I've been very impressed with the staff at Proactive. Kayla is always so sweet and welcoming and my PT Charlotte and PTA Sean are very professional, nice and very good at giving you the proper exercises.
It would be nice if they answered their phone or ever returned my calls. Got a referral almost 2 weeks ago. No one called me after the first week, so I've called half a dozen times and left 2 voicemails since then and still haven't received any contact.
It would be great to have my calls answered by someone, or my voicemails returned. If you’re looking to get a mobility aid assessment done, I wouldn’t recommend going here as they don’t work directly with a DME distributor.
I just want to start by saying I love everyone in this office and completely trust each of them with my recovery. Back in 2018 I was injured and was sent to see multiple Physical therapist in the Denver area, and never really felt like I made progress the way I should have. So fast forward to 2020 I decided to check out Proactive because it was really close to home and began seeing Ms Charlotte. She is the first PT that I felt actually helped me make progress. I occasionally see the other PT’s in the clinic because my schedule gets a little crazy. so I’ve had work done by everyone multiple times. Everyone here listens to what you have to say about your body and makes you feel heard and comfortable. They are all very knowledgeable and work wonderfully together as a team! Thank you all for being such an amazing team!
I started seeing Charlotte a month ago before my surgery. She was very keen on details, and got me to where I needed to be before surgery. Fast forward to today, the entire staff have collectively helped me throughout my recovery and we are constantly seeing improvement every single week. Highly recommend coming here; very enjoyable staff that’s knows what they’re doing!
Charlotte was so nice and helpful. I had mentioned to her about my knee pain and she gave me a consult and had me start physical therapy. After a few sessions I noticed a relief while doing small things that I use to dread due to pain. They also worked extra hard on order to make sure my insurance worked with me and I cannot thank them enough! A great experience and I will definitely keep them in mind for the future! :
I love this place! I have been going here for a number of months for my upper and lower back. I have greatly improved and feel my issues are always addressed when going over pain at the beginning and throughout our sessions. My at home exercises are manageable and working for me. The overall environment of the clinic is amazing. They are easygoing, nice and fun but still maintain a professional attitude. I have been fortunate enough to work with Charlotte and Kayla, but all of the staff is great and very knowledgeable!
Charlotte, Kayla, and the rest of the staff have always been awesome! In addition to my own multiple therapies, my husband and daughter also have been patients. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Here at Proactive we have felt sincerely welcomed and cared about. That's not to say that Charlotte and her staff won't put you through your paces as they strive to help patients return to full health and fitness! They just do it so nicely that you want to work harder to please them--and that's been a win-win for my family!
Pro active PT is a great place to go if you are injured or have pain. They are a caring facility with experienced and knowledgeable professionals. They each listen attentively and adjust my program to fit with where I am at. I went in with a lot of pain and left a couple of months later after being challenged and cared for with no pain and a home program to keep me pain free and getting stronger. Do not hesitate to use proactive if you need them.
