Needed some parts in a hurry on the west coast, Dan was incredibly helpful over the phone in getting us exactly what we needed, and shipped out quickly. They go above and beyond for their customers!
Exactly what the name says... Audio design by pros, for pros. Fantastic people, brands, and service.
We did a major upgrade of replacing our digital mixer and summing mixer to the SSL Matrix 2 and fully loaded X-Rack. Our lead tech was Eric Anderson. Eric and the rest of PAD were wonderful to work with, both professionally and on a human level. My partner and I are beyond happy with PAD’s work. Highly recommend that you seek them out whether you are upgrading or starting from ground zero.
I just used these guys to purchase a 1073spx and was blown away by the customer service. Really quick, helpful responses and I was on a tight budget so they waved the shipping for me and allowed me to split between two cards. Ordered it on a Friday afternoon and had it in my hands the next day! Highly recommend, they are going to be my go-to for now on.
Dave came by my newly constructed mix room at Beach House Studios and helped me measure and correct the frequency response of the room. He is super easy to work with, and really has the experience needed to properly tune a room. He was the right guy for the job and I love mixing with confidence now that I know the room is correct. I hope to work with Dave and Pro Audio Design more as my business grows.
No one at this company knows what they're doing. I ordered an item and a month later they told me they couldn't get the item. I was trying to email them and call them the whole time and no one seemed to know what was going on. Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere. edit: It's good to know that you guys can respond to negative reviews so much quicker than my emails and calls trying to figure out what was going on during this month long ordeal. Also, nothing you said contradicts anything I said. The card was obviously not fraudulent though the process of confirming identity with your company made my client extremely uncomfortable. I had to assure my client that you were a legitimate company that wasn't trying to steal information from my client, and then it turns out you don't have and can't get the product at all. Now what do I tell him?!?! A well run company that cares about their customers would check if an item was in stock before the card was run in the first place. They might even know their product lines well enough to be aware of and stop selling discontinued items online if they don't have them in stock.
Loved my 2019 December purchase at PAD. One of the best experience i had. Special thanks to DAVE! Instant reply to queries and proper guidance was given. the discounts PAD provided was like a bonus. Also the shipment arrived on time. Will make my next purchase soon.
Probably the most knowledgeable and genuine people in the industry. PAD can help you from the ground up. I've consulted them on gear, my studio designs, and even room tuning. Very hard to find people like this in the industry. A genuine experience out weighs the unconnected big audio chains . I highly recommend Professional Audio Design.
