Pro Dental Dallas is your best choice for teeth restoration.  Dr. Browning was my dentist and he surpassed my expectations with his outstanding professionalism,  his ability to keep it pain free as well as the amazing final results I received! From the front office personnel,  to your hygienist...you cannot go wrong when choosing Pro Dental!

I've been having my teeth cleaned here for a couple of years now. Holly and Candace have done a great job and are super friendly. Today I had my first ever cavity filled. Made it all these years without one,  but I have to praise Dr. Lobono and his assistant, Crystal. I was slightly nervous,  even though I knew it's a really standard procedure.  The two of them made me feel completely relaxed and calm through the whole thing. Such a professional staff all the way to front desk.

This was the best most delightful experience I have ever had. I have always hated the dentist, I had trauma from the dentist. Everyone and I mean everyone on staff was so kind to me, so patient with me and answered every question over and over from procedures to money. They took the time repeatedly to HEAR My concerns, fears etc and worked until they were gone. When i needed to stop they stopped immediately. Then the work.. I could not be happier with how good my teeth look. For me it's worth the drive from Denton to Plano. If your teeth are terrible or you don't like the dentist, this is the place for you!

The staff at Dr. Roe's office was so welcoming! Mary was so helpful on the phone and in person with my finances and insurance. Brooke and Dulce, Dr. Roe's assistants were so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Sandee, the hygeinist, made sure i was comfortable and pain free. And lastly, Dr. Roe was thorough and informative about treatment options. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

I was in a terrible situation when for over a year I had been trying to get a decent looking & functional upper denture from two different dentists. I was depressed and unable to eat in public as my denture wouldn’t stay in my mouth when I ate.  I met Dr. Roe and my life changed! He was so thorough when explaining my options and his entire staff, from front office to dental assistants are so nice and good at what they do, I was convinced that there was finally hope for me.  I chose the hybrid, which is a full denture using implants to make it permanent. Dr Roe’s work through this process was so good and he was so knowledgeable and professional, as were his assistants, that I looked forward to each appointment.  I now have a beautiful set of teeth and my mood and confidence are back where they should be.  Thank you Dr Roe, Ashley, Kat, Rebecca…the entire staff for being so kind and encouraging. You have honestly changed my life!

The best dentist I have ever had. Always professional and beyond nice. You are in good hands with the entire staff. The dentist has always made me feel nervous, but Dr. Roe and his staff do an amazing job of making me feel comfortable as they poke and pry at my teeth. 10/10 would recommend

Yep, this office has 5 stars and now I know why.  The staff is awesome Becca. Ashley, Kat, Holly, Dr Roe, etc..  Each  member of the team is VERY good at what they do and their role on the team.  Dr. Roe a former Army dentist is great.  I was referred to Pro Dental of Dallas located in Plano on August 18th by the VA Veterans Affairs and glad the VA sent me there.  The VA provides general dentistry but does not offer Prostodontics, Periodondicts, Endodontics, or Orthodondicts so they refer veterans with either a service connection for dental injury or those at 100 percent service connection to locations like Pro Dental in Plano and I am glad the VA has this agreement contract.  Even my family dentist doesn't offer the services the Pro Dental offers and my dentist in Frisco in AWESOME!  I met Kat, an awesome young lady and very good at her job and Holly, equally great at her job.  Holly cleaned my teeth and said my mouth was pretty boring, which is a good thing Holly is also very funny, a comedic hygienist, and loves to cook.  I recommend Dr. Roe's office to others, both veterans and any one looking for great care.  Dr. Roe is a straight shooter tells it like it is but in a very customer-centric way.  He has fabulous bedside manner communication skills and explains things in medical terminology and in lay terms.  I will be back AND looking forward to my next visit.  I am a VERY happy customer and veteran.  P.S. there is a lot of parking for the office bldg. 5136 office 501

I am so happy with my experience and new smile. Dr. Roe and his team were thorough in answering my questions and I never felt rushed. I've had traumatic experiences with my teeth in the past and they were very sensitive to my anxiety and made sure I was comfortable. My teeth are a perfect color match. You would never know I had work done. Even the front desk personnel were kind and proficient. My only regret is not having my teeth fixed sooner. Tears of joy and no more hiding my smile.

I had my teeth cleaned as well as xrays and an exam at Pro Dental Dallas this last week. Holly was the hygienist that cleaned my teeth and oh my she is GREAT! She is very thorough but oh so gentle. I just met her and I feel as though I’ve known her for years.  Dr Roe and his team seem to be so organized and on top of things.  I felt so safe going into the office. Thank you Dr Roe & team for making my visit enjoyable.

Dr. Roe, is at the top of his game. He is 100% committed to his patients. The time he takes with you to explain the procedures, to make sure that you understand everything and to answer every question you may have. Dr. Roe has the patient’s best interest at heart. His office staff are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They Also are there to give 100% to the patients. I highly recommend Dr. Roe to anyone Who is looking for a great dentist. Thank you Dr. Roe
