The actual repair technicians are solid, but communication from the company is really poor. One day they just didn’t show up in their two hour window and didn’t call. And after they missed that window it was a week before they could make it back out. Other times it would take days to get a response on availability. Their poor service contributed to the equipment manufacturer accepting the treadmill as a return well past the return policy. I’m sure there are better fitness equipment repair places to work with.

Great service by Dillion. How great it was to have our treadmill up and running again. Living in the rural area of Shelton, just getting to us with the recent snowfall was a challenge in its self. Dillion arrived within the time slot they stated he would. He wasted no time getting to work. Probably took less than 30 minutes to fix and test. Thanks Dillion and Advanced ProFitness.

No-call/no-show. I scheduled an appointment to have a stairmaster repaired. They gave me a 2 hour window 3pm-5pm. I took time off from work in order to be home for this appointment. Sat around for 2 hours but they never came. I tried calling them when it passed 5pm but no answer. How disrespectful of my time. I would be more understanding but I just saw that another reviewer had the same issue. Is this an actual business??

This company is 100% unprofessional. Scheduled service for our apartment communities fitness center and it took about 2 weeks for them to even call or email me back and when I do get a hold of them to setup the service request the receptionist says she will give me a call back which she never does I have to call her back numerous times. Finally I get a date for the this week I even call a day before to confirm and they do even show up. No call or anything. I call them today and they tell me they can get me in next week. I said no thank you. Since when does someone have to bag a company to take your business and what ever happen to good costumer service and communication. This company was referred to me by a sister property and I guess they've had the same issues with the company.

I've used every fitness repair service in the greater Seattle/everett area. These guys are hands down the best. They maintain 7 of my fitness centers and I have routine maintenance plans with them. Techs are pro's and are always extremely helpful when i'm in a bind. There solid advice and expertise has saved me money and time. Highly recommended.

Tried approximately 10 tomes through e mails and calls, with messages, over the last year with zero response. Tried another company and had a tech out in 2 days. Would not recommend or use.

Who ever drives the white SUV drives like a crazy person who almost hit me speeding down the turn lane on State ave by the Shell. Not a good look when your name is plastered on the side of the vehicle. 12-5-19 4:10pm

Excellent service. He arrived on time and changed the battery on my 20 year old Lifecycle bike in no time.
