I had a great experience with the manager of the store. He went above and beyond to help us get taken care of even though they were limited on the sports hat I was looking for and I bought one from a different store. He Scotch Guarded my new hat and the hat for my wife. I'm going to be back they really earned my business for life. Love the attitude! Thank you for everything!
I've been here a couple times so far, the guys who work here are super chill and don't get in your face too much. They seem to know what they're talking about and they give good advice and ask great questions to help you find what you're looking for. The store is a pretty open environment and they have a super nice yet simple selection. I also noticed that the store was very clean and well kept, which is good!
Great selection, decent prices, and the long-haired cat who works in there is a good dude. He deserves a raise.
Good selection of products NFL NBA MLB & local college teams. The only thing I had issue with was the sales guys in the store. There are way too many in that tiny store for one thing. Another is they make it difficult to shop comfortably. Every corner you turn and even in the same area I was having to tell the guy in my face I was fine. There were at least 6 of them the day I went. The store is the size of a restroom! Seriously.

Awesome! I am extremely impressed with the service and selection. An man named ?Darian? helped me. He was really helpful with picking out a style of hat, and was great to chat with. I’ll definitely be coming back here to meet my sports swag needs.
I love the merchandise, I love the store layout what I do not enjoy is the employees following me around like I am about to steal something. I walk in to buy a hat. The store layout is amazing I can obviously see where I need to go. The employee does ask if I need which is great, but then they pretend they are doing something 5 feet from where you are.

My son and I went to this store looking for a gift for his dad. As we were walking around he found this Utah starter jacket and was just in love with is. There was a whole arm of them on this rack. So I thought I would come back the next day to get him one. Well the owner come and got them and took them all to West Valley store were they are 80.00 more and would not work anything out to get one of these for us. Just wasnt willing to help their customers. Will not be going back. Really disappointed.
Went Christmas shopping today and decided to go in and see what Pro Image had for black Friday. I was greeted instantly by the manager, Zak, With great vibes and lots of help. One of my better shopping experiences in awhile!
