This was my first time to NK nails. I called and they were able to fit me in for a same day pedicure and set of dip for my nails. Tony was fantastic! My pedicure was amazing and my feet feel brand new. And he did a beautiful job on my nails. Super friendly and everything was very clean. I'll definitely be returning!Services: Pedicure

I've been coming here sporadically for pedicures since they've opened. The last handful of times I've come here, they have been so rude. I kept coming back, to give them the benefit of the doubt. I usually do walk in appointments. Which they say are welcome, but they largly ignore your presence, without even a hello, until the are ready for you. Last time we were there, my best friend and I made appointments for our daughters Cinderella father/daughter Dance for 6pm. They did not even look at us til 7pm. No hello, no acknowledgment, nothing. I mentioned it to her tech, but she didnt understand me unfortunately. Today, I came back with my daughter as a walk in. I was ok waiting, I know people have appointments scheduled. We stood there for 20 minutes without even a hello. 2 scheduled clients came in and they greeted them right away! So I approached a worker and asked if I should leave and she said you have to wait. I said I understand that, but no one has even said anything to me. She said 30 more minutes. Its fine if they don't like walk on appointments, and choose to not take them, but then don't advertise it. Plenty of other nail salons that are kind and happy to see you and acknowledge your existence when you come to their place of business. Will not be returning.Service: Pedicure

First time at this salon. my first mistake went to get a full set arrived and waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. Showed 3 pictures and was told I wouldn’t be able to get any 3 of the designs I had chosen so I settled on a solid yellow. I was too nice to leave I should have so I let the lady finish and I left with bumpy nails and each nail shape looked different. The polish doesn’t even cover the sides of my nails. never going here again. If I could leave a 0/5 I would. awful experience!

My daughter and myself have been going here for about a year. Fantastic and friendly staff. We typically get pedicures and dip nails. Would highly recommend.

Horror story: My wife and sister-in-law went here for a basic manicure using gift certificates. They were treated abysmally. First, both of them were cut during the process; my wife was actually bleeding. Second, the staff applied gel when it was specifically not requested, and charged them an additional $35 for that. They didn't realize this until they went to pay. When they asked for a refund, saying they never wanted the gel, the staff became incredibly rude. They insisted on removing the gel, made the girls wait for ages to do so, and were physically rough when they finally did take the gel off. In the process, they completely butchered both girls' nails see attached pictures. My wife came to the car crying, with nail varnish smudged everywhere. So be warned: these people will try to cheat you, and if you don't let them they will screw you over.

They were amazing with myself and my 7yo! They took such special care with her, and she had such a wonderful time with a great nail job too

My daughter in law, granddaughter and I had fun girls mani/pedi day. They did a great job with my 4.5 yr old granddaughter's first time & we loved her Hello Kitty nails.

My friend and I were looking for a place to get "dip nails" and NK Nails does an amazing job! The staff is friendly and always remembers us They can do any type of nail style you're looking for, including matte finish! The atmosphere is pretty and always clean! They take appointments, other than on Friday and Saturday and can accommodate a good amount of customers.
