The staff was so amazing. This is a difficult time for any family to go through, Donna was so helpful and gracious. She had everything ready when we got to the office and walked us through every step. It’s been over a month now since losing our mom, yet Donna and Elizabeth still reach out to check on how I’m doing. I give PCS five thousand stars for all of the compassionate care, not only for my mom, but of the whole family during this journey.

I had the opportunity to use PCS when my parents passed. My family and I wanted services at our parents house. PCS allowed us to make up our own minds about services, without any pressure from the funeral homes. They also give clients a large selection of quality urns. We decided not to purchase urns because our loved ones wanted their ashes in special places within nature. PCS has exceptional caring professionals to talk to on the phone or in person. My family and I are extremely pleased with PCS services.

I recently lost my father in law and my grandfather within a week. Both had chosen to be cremated. The folks at PCS were beyond helpful. Donna went above and beyond to help me get both death certificates in an exceptionally timely manner. Picking up my father in law’s ashes was a very difficult experience for me. Donna was so caring and kind. She posted obituaries for both of my loved ones the same day I sent them to her. Both Donna and Elizabeth have texted me several times to see if I was okay and asked if they could do anything for me. I feel honored to have had such wonderful, caring people take care of my loved ones after their passing. And for the care they have shown me and continue to do so.

When my husband of 56 years passed, PCS, especially Patricia, was very helpful and comforting. Actually everyone I dealt with was very understanding and compassate. I would definitely recommend them , also very professional.

The gentleman who came to collect my husband were very courteous and respectful of him and me. They were very professional and treated him well. Donna was very patient with me with my choices I was making as I was in uncharted waters so to speak. My husband's remains were ready for me 2 days after he was picked up from our home. I really appreciate how kindly I was treated.
