i was desperate for 3/16" thick kerdi schluter board to finish the shower i'm tilling and i tied 3 other PFS locations in 3 states no one carried it. I called this location Fort worth TX and Rick H. went the extra miles to help ship 4'x5' board for me in California something his company does not usually do, and he did the ordering on phone for me, something they do not do because there was no way to place order on that board do to shipping issues. His customer service was top of the line , he made my day. i placed the order on march 31, April 3 was at my door. thank you Rick H.
Great sales and service, and the order was at their facility in a timely fashion, so five stars for that. But when it came to standing behind the products that they are recommending to the public, they don't! I'm not a flooring specialist and told them that up front. The adhesive to glue the nosing onto the stairs rubber onto vinyl that was recommended, Powerhold Invisinail failed in just two months. I understand that sometimes certain products don't necessarily work under certain circumstances, but I was vigilant to explain to them what I was doing and the traffic that the area would encounter because I don't like doing things twice. When I called them to explain the failure and what was happening, and what I was doing to temporarily repair the problem with a 3M double face tape, they told me that that sounded like a "pretty good idea"... I came right out and asked for a refund for the tubes I bought just because of their carefree approach, and was given the phone number of the manufacturer of the product. Not that the adhesive was a lot of money, but pretty much being told that I was on my own is what I have a problem with... Good products for the most part... but their customer support sucks!
The personal was extremely helpful and very polite . I will be back.
We receive excellent service from this branch, Mike ,Rick and Many are quick to help and know what they are talking about.

Would have gotten 4 stars for the wait..but y'all have it all in one stop..plus the dock worker made it fun..How bout them Cowboys..he is a saints fan and we beat them Thursday..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR FLOORING NEEDS..
I bought a power stretcher from these guys and they where very helpful, they even helped me load it up on my truck. Definitely a good place to shop.
