Excellent salon. As I lived in Norwood, then Cambridge and now in Needham, I have continued to drive 20-25 miles each way to get haircut with Andrea over the past 15 plus years. In my way to my appointment I think to myself that I should find a salon near me. In my way back, I say never!...it is so worth the time! Few times I had to get my hair trimmed in a hurry w/o prior appointments, when Andrea's schedule was booked, one of the other stylists fit me in. Andrea was pleased that her colleague was able to help me. You do not see competition among them as you see in most salons - they are all skilled and pleasant, working as a team to accommodate and provide excellent service to their clients! Since Andrea took over the ownership of the salon - she has made further improvements; turning it into a modern, stylish and still warm setting, continuing to provide full service to their clients. This is the first time I have continually gone to see the same stylist in my life. I book with Michelle every 6 weeks or so and couldn't be happier- no more "grouponing " or searching for a new salon. For the past 3 years she has consistently made my hair look great! The rewards program makes me feel appreciated for my loyalty.

I have been a customer of Andrea's for many years. The best thing about the place is the attitude - "We are in this together and I need to know what you want." I am amazed at the professionalism of the work - always skilled, never hurrying, never cranky or cold. I have only had one disappointment there and I am going to tell about it because how they handled it was extraordinary. My daughter and her girlfriends went in for up-do's and nails. The nail stylist was overwhelmed and didn't do a great job. She was very young and inexperienced, and this crowd of demanding young women was too much for her. I later found out she was not a regular, but had been recruited because someone was sick. I didn't complain, we didn't have time, I didn't want to be upset, but we all went to another stylist in a another shop. When Andrea found out about this almost a year after the event, she was so upset I had not complained - she went directly to the register and insisted on giving me my money back for all those girls. A year later. I guess what I am saying is that while there was, once in 20 years, a bad experience, even that level of failure was intolerable to Andrea. This woman lives and breathes service and professionalism. I have never had another experience where negative feedback was so eagerly sought-after, as data to inform the process of making you happy. All she wants to know is how can I make this person happy, and then dives in. You really should go there.

I have been going to Profilo for many years. Alfredo, the owner is very kind and the staff is very accommodating with my crazy schedule. I have tried a few different stylists and love how friendly and professional everyone is. I always go on the day of special event or before a big weekend and love how my hair looks. I have recently started buying their hair and face products and love them.
