I have received THE BEST customer service from Shamari. It was refreshing to find a pharmacy that makes you feel like you can ask anything and get an informed answer. Shamari took the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome and in great hands for all your pharmaceutical needs. Shamari is educated in and has outstanding customer service. She is incredible and everyone is super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I love this pharmacy. They are so friendly and helpful! They are always willing to help me pick and choose which meds should be covered by Medicaid, and which will be cheapest to pay for. Plus they remind me when it’s time to refill. They match any deal you can find. Cheapest way to get your meds, and it’s always a pleasant experience. All the stars!

Honestly, Progressive is the best pharmacy in Ozark. The pharmacists here are always so friendly and welcoming, wait times for prescriptions are quick, and medications are cheap. You don't have to be a Prime Med patient to have your prescriptions filled here.

I love the experience I have here. Gabriel is great and trys to get to know of you. He trys to make a more personal transaction instead of just a prescription.
