Toronto Police and Durham Regional Police working together with inner city youth towards a common goal.
Project O is a fitness program where disadvantaged Toronto youth & Toronto police officers train for obstacle races such as Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. Created & facilitated by Sergeant Jesse Weeks of 54 Division and funded by ProAction Cops and Kids. Workouts are led by Sgt Weeks and guest trainers at various locations in Toronto's east end.
Project O would also like to thank Fit Factory Fitness for their partnership over the past 4 years during which Project O was hosted downtown Toronto. Furthermore, Project O thanks Pursuit OCR for their partnership in 2016.
