I have been with Promax Insurance for many years and I have always received A+ customer service from John Wallace and his people. Lori helped us this last time around and she was friendly, super quick to respond to my calls and emails. Dealing with my son's hit and run accident was a scary and new experience for my family and it was so nice to have the peace of mind that John and Lori were taking such great care of us.

Celina was so helpful and made doing business easy as pie!  She's a real professional and always patient.

I found John Wallace and his team through the Dave Ramsey network a few years ago. I started using this company for auto when I was given a thorough assessment of my coverage and got a good price for more coverage on my vehicles.  Once I bought a home, I got home owners insurance through them as well and feel so grateful to have this team in my corner. I have called them numerous times for random insurance related questions, quotes and annual insurance pricing check ups. All the staff I’ve emailed with or talked to are highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this team.

I have been with Promax for a very long time. I rarely need to call but when I do they are always Swift in answering questions. They even review the policies to make sure we are getting the coverage and discounts we should be from our insurance carrier. Lori at Promax did this for us and found thousands of dollars that had been over paid because of a glitch from the insurance. She fought hard on our behalf and I didn't even know it until she called with the good news. If I ever considered leaving I definitely won't ever again because they have my back. Thank you Lori.
