I've fallen on hard financial times over the past 6 months. I recently asked for an extension on a payment. I'm a single working mother strapped for cash. First of all they had an old card number on file so I gave them the new one. Secondly, an arrangement was made...if I made a smaller payment the next day I could make the remaining balance plus late fee when I had my next payday as an auto payment. They said everything was good and quickly went over the terms of the arrangement before hanging up. I get a call today saying they never received my new card number and my extension was never approved. They then tell me I now have to pay earlier or my car gets shut off. I make a big deal about their incompetency and the person gets on the phone with an attitude and tells me it's my last extension and hangs up on me without saying goodbye. This is the second time in two years I've had a situation like this arise with Pronto. It's ridiculous and incompetent!
Lucy lies to you collects a whole payment than has a regular employee act as the repo guy try to repo you’re car for being a payment behind. This is by far the most crooked finance company I’ve ever come across. They truly are crooks here. Watch out from this company trust me
Worst place to finance! Customer service is horrible. There’s no communication between them, one person says one thing and someone else says another. I had to pay an insurance fee for a truck and hasn’t been used for over 6 months. DO NOT FINANCE HERE!
Don’t go with this company you will regret it. This company will try and repo you’re car if you 11 days behind and will continue to harass you over $90 they illegally charge you.
Thought I had car problems. Took it to a mechanic to get a jump start. They checked everything and was told everything was fine with the car. Went to touch base with pronto to find out that they shut off my engine for a balance that was lesser than what my monthly payment, I paid off the balance and they supposedly reinstated or enabled the GPS on my car but it's been 4 days now and my car that doesn't start. I can't get any direct answers on how to fix the problem or to send someone to fix it.
Pronto Finance is the WORST Loan Company that I ever worked with. I beg of you If your thinking about doing business here DONT DO IT! You will Thank me Later
Osiris Maldonado is really nice and helps with any insurance issues I have at any time. She is really efficient and always promptly answers. She is one of the best agents I have ever come across and is always readily available to help.
Don’t go here.. they literally play word games. None of them know what they’re talking about. And the only decent person there is Miriam.. everyone else is unprofessional & problematic
They dont have manners to attend customers the right way this are garbage finance !!!!
Worse Place To Financing They Play Word Games and Try To Scam and Confuse Customers Just To Add More Fees. I Have Started Recording All Calls With Them To Prove The Inconsistencies In Conversations and Still Get Told They Don’t Care And They Cut My Car Off Without Warning. They Lie About Processing Times and All Types Of Stuff
