We used to come here when Lucy used to work here. Now, there are two mean ladies who work in the laundromat. Both are very rude and have no people skills. The place has updated washers and half of the dryers are updated. The other half of the dryers are still decent. However , some dryers don’t get hot. It gets very muggy in the laundromat. We killed a small cockroach too!
My experience here was not so great! This business does not follow COVID-19 guidelines as there Sign says. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 we are limiting to 1 person per family. And no kids allowed. Keep a safe distance of 6 feet. Unfortunately they do not follow what the sign is stated on the window! My experience here was I seen people coming in as whole families of 2 or more and I seen kids coming in laying on tables and chairs. People even with there mask off!! The people who work here don’t even say nothing. So it was an unsafe environment. This place is for sure at high risk of spreading COVID. If the workers and owner aren’t more strict with guest about the safety rules. Please make this business a safer environment.
Staff are always courteous and friendly. Basic supplies available for purchase web in need. They are are on-point with keeping the facility as clean as possible. This is my go-to place for laundry.
First time using the facility. It was clean, the machines were working well, and I was very impressed with the quality of the drier.
A sign saying, "masks required" and yet the attendant has no mask on and sellers have no mask either. Prices to wash much higher than other laundromats. Dryers require minimum 2 quarters to get hot, so time consuming.
I love washing here BUT during this limitation on people being let inside. It would be nice if your works didn't have their spouses inside kissing on each other tailing each other around the store. While they say we can only have 5 people inside and 1 adult per family yet they have their spouses inside doing all that in front of us customers. Otherwise this is still our best place to do our laundry just have your workers follow the rules as well.
No water in the washer cold dryer
The place was very very clean. The woman who was the attendant showed great ethics. The only thing I have to say is no hot water n the dryers didnt dry clothes well.
I used to think this place was worth 5 stars until today. I washed my 1 year old's clothes after she threw up on them. When I pulled out of the washer, they looked exactly the same...chunks and all. I mentioned it to the old lady who's been here since day 1 and WITHOUT looking at my garment, she immediately snapped, "those are stains". I guess they're chunky stains. Long story short, they didn't care. Dryers are cold and they changed the price to .25 for 15 minutes it used to be 20 minutes and the temperature is a lot colder. I included a picture of my "chunky stains" still on my baby's crib sheet.
Not alot of people today. The dryers were all available. Lol Did our laundry quick.
