Stopped in on our drive through heading from Oregon to Idaho. Based our order after reading reviews. My husband and I split both the smoked pork nacho and the BBQ burger. The burger was filled will wonderful combination of unique flavors of heat and sweetness. I am a heat whip and though it wasn't overly spicy, I was glad I had a glass of water to cool my tongue. Like I said I am a heat whip. The burger did not have an overpowering flavor of BBQ which I appreciated as I am not a fan of BBQ sauce on burgers so ordering this was outside my norm. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. My husband was nervous about the slaw on it and he too loved it. The nachos also were amazing. Loved the queso and creama! The Lavender Honey Bees Knees cocktail was a special one. We we asked about the drink our server had the bartender come to our table to tell us about it. I was pleasantly surprised he took the time to share how he makes this special concoction! Definitely highly recommend! We stopped in on a Thursday about 12:30 for lunch. We were seated right away. The service was prompt and courteous with a couple remarks that made me chuckle. Kid-friendliness: Not any kids there when we attended but if your kiddos are well behaved I definitely think they are fine to bring. Better place for a date night than a family meal out with little kiddos but this is from a perspective of a mom of 5 who is budget friendly for family meals. If your kids are not well behaved the whole restaurant will know and see it. Parking: Business parking. Went at lunch time. Park on ground floor, elevator right inside door takes one to 3rd floor to restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Wide hallways. Elevator to upstairs. Single use bathrooms with lots of space. Tables could easily be moved to adjust to meet needs of a accessibility

Had a wonderful lunch date with my wife at Proof Gastropub. The food was exceptional, but one drink stood out above all else. My wife asked Brandon the fantastic bartender to make a Gin-based cocktail, and received her new favorite drink. He presented an amazing version of the Prohibition Bees Knees. The lavender color and hint of vanilla on the lemon wheel pairs with the mild sweetness of honey and gin in a phenomenon you MUST experience. My wife had three and said she could have spent the afternoon drinking them. Proof might be our new regular date spot because of this drink. The chips and guac, fish and chips, and old fashioned were also great. Give them a try, and I think you'll find yourself satisfied at the end of your meal. Kid-friendliness: There were a few groups with kids and one large family gathering 8 to 10 people. They also accept reservations. Parking: The building is multiple stories with businesses on each level. Parking may be more difficult during busy hours. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking available and an elevator.

Love this place and just found out I can double the steak on the salad! Steak salad is always on point. The service is great and friendly. It just takes a while to get food sometimes, so if you're in a rush, let them know or wait for another time to go. I think in total we were there for about two hours.Food: 5/5

Tried their Angus beef proof burger, I always amazed with beef burger in the States, safe bet. The patty was great with generous streak of bacon! The fries is perfectly done too. Delicious!Recommended dishes

Service was great - thank you Lindsey! Food and drinks did not disappoint. We had the pork belly tacos and their special “GOAT” burger. So much flavor and came out fast and hot. We will definitely come here again.

Recently moved to the area from NJ and am excited to have found this spot! I feel like the menu here feels a bit more elevated than other local spots, and the atmosphere inside is pretty nice. Sat at the bar because it was a busy night and had great customer experience - the bartender was very friendly and attentive. I'm veg and the beyond burger I had was really good. My bf ordered a chicken sandwich, and he loved that it was fried perfectly and seasoned well. It's a bit pricey but not by much, especially when you compare it to other options in the area and even then I would say it's worth paying an extra dollar or two.

The Jalepeno Popper burger here is hands down the best burger I have ever had. DDD needs to come and help put these folks on the map. Atmosphere is great with the views from the top of the building and service is always quick and friendly. Good beer, wine and spirit collection as well.Food: 5/5

Sweet vibe, killer views of the city, great food and drinks. Bartender was awesome. His name was Justin.. try to get a spot at the bar by him.

When we first arrived, I didn't immediately feel welcomed by the host. The waiter was also not immediately welcoming. We ordered our food and enjoyed the street taco tots. Highly recommend!! This was a great little restaurant, but it's a bit small. We were stuck smack-dab in the middle, which I have a hard time with. The atmosphere is really nice, but it's almost confusing whether it's fancy or casual. There are crystal chandeliers, but most people are dressed very casually. My huckleberry mule didn't have much huckleberry flavor, and it was 80% ice. The burgers are yummy. Guacamole chips and dip could have more guacamole.
