Proof is a new venture in De Pere, WI brought to you by the team at The Libertine in downtown Green Bay. Proof is a craft cocktail bar and kitchen that utilizes fresh produce, fruits and ingredients made in house. The venue can seat approximately 60 people with a private dining area featuring a fireplace. A small, well curated bottle beer menu is a available with no draft beer system at this cocktail focused venue. Our aim is to push the boundaries of hospitality in De Pere, WI to next level. We have an ever expanding food menu headed by Executive Chef Sebastian Amoruso. Our kitchen opens at 5 PM.
