Ive dealt with lots of slum lords in my time but Fran has all of them beat. She just collects money and could car less about your problems. Avoid at all cost regardless of the property she mahe have. I have written and called multiple times but they ignor all of that.

Management company shorted me rental deposits as landlord & held collected rent for wks before releasing to me. When I terminated their service for many accounting issues Fran Williams owner tried to make me pay a cancellation fee...Ummm NO you have been fired for shorting me money!! Fran Williams then held tenant deposits because I fired her. Stay away from Property Showcase Property Rentals Deland!!

First worked with Fran in 1984, and has always been efficient, prompt, and professional. The whole staff helps each other out, and steps in whenever needed. Saved us lots of headaches.

We rented for a year from this property manager & we never had any issues. Renting is what it is. I would recommend if you are in the market for a rental property.

Fran is the absolute best if you enjoy taking it in the butt with no vaseline!!!!!

The way they treat veterans is horrid. They should be very ashamed of their selves!

Do not use this person if you are a landlord. They will screw you out of money!
